London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years. This property is offered as a comfortable alternative to a High Rise Hotel . charming, light and bright This fabulous apartment overlooks the green tranquility of Kensington Palace Gardens. Knightsbridge, The Royal Albert Hall and some of London's finest museums, are close by, so too is Sloane Street with its many boutiques. The City, the West End and theaters, are all within easy reach by tube or road. The apartment has been decorated in traditional English style, comfort, elegance and beauty. The front desk is attended 24 hours a day and a sophisticated modern security system is in operation, both for your convenience and peace of mind.

There is a king bed in the Master bedroom en-suite, a living room with a dining area, a fully fitted Miele kitchen with granite work surfaces. The en-suite marble bathroom has power shower, heated mirror and towel rails. Double glazing, comfort cooling and trouser presses are some of the other modern features to be found in the apartments.

Maid service and bed/bath linen changes are provided and other facilities include a gym and secure underground garage. The apartment is fully furnished in a contemporary style, however utilise dark wood for some of the furniture such as the dining room tables and dressing tables, which compliments the neutral tones of the walls and floors and the vibrant splash of colour in soft furnishings. There are private gardens at the front of the building – a great place to sit and read a book whilst shaded by the trees. Check-in time is from 12:00 hours on the day of arrival. Should you require access to the apartment before 12noon, I would recommend pre-booking from the night before. Check-out is at 12:00 hours on the morning of departure. You must cancel a booking at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Follow up the cancellation request in writing. There is a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation/Refund Policy within 6 weeks prior to arrival: CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment within 6 weeks prior to arrival:100% of the total payment charged. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposit Policy

In order to confirm a reservation we require a minimum 50 % deposit of total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior. There is also a $950 refudable security deposit taken and returned when you arrive back.
