The much coveted Marais district needs little introduction. From your door its an easy, pleasant walk to the Picasso Museum, Musee Carnavalet and Place des Vosges, through a labyrinth of tiny medieval streets lined by magnificent "Hotels Particuliers". Restaurants and specialty food stores abound!

In a small building characteristic of the 18th Century this apartment enchants! This Paris Vacation Rental has recently been refurbished to exacting standards. Ingenious use of space allow for modern convenience, terra-cotta tiles throughout provide visual continuity, and French doors allow flow through this cosy and comfortable space.This quiet apartement faces south-east, filling it with lots of light.

Bedroom: The bedroom has a Queen bed which can be made up as two twin beds, a antique writing desk and delicate side lamps for a late night read.

Living Room: The Living-room is furnished comfortably with a sofa/trundle bed for 2 guests (2 single beds which can be put side by side to make a queen size bed), a leather armchair and wrought iron coffee table. A Stereo with CD player and cable TV are provided. The Dining area has a table and 6 chairs. DSL high speed Internet and computer are included.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully outfitted (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishes, pots, and pans), and has other conveniences including Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Kitchen opens up to the dining-room.

Walk-in closet-Laundry room: Walk in closet-laundry (washer and dryer) attached to the bedroom and opening up (through a door) to the bathroom.

Bathroom: Fully accessorized Bathroom (bathtub and shower, sink) can also be accessed through the living-room. Toilets (WC) are in a separate room

Terrace: A rare treat in Paris, the sunny terrace becomes an additional "room" for entertaining, relaxing and taking in the beauty of Paris rooftops. This terrace overlooks the courtyard, so it is very quiet and it gets warmed by the sun from morning to evening. You will find there a great refuge after having dived in the busy streets of Paris.

The usual initial payment is 50% plus the security deposit. Final payment: You may pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card or check.

Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .

CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.

Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 10 weeks or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.

Security deposit: The security deposit varies and is refundable.

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:

Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;

You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);

Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;

You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;

Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;

The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;

Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

Deposit Policy

The fully refundable security deposit is payable one month prior to the first day of tenancy and will be refunded one week after the last day of tenancy. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.
