This Studio has a great view over the square and is located on the 5th floor of a Modern serviced apartment block just off Oxford Street, in one of London’s oldest garden squares, in the heart of theatre district, perfect for shopping, dining and entertainment.
This spacious apartment has a dining area, large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher & direct access to attractive roof terrace with views over the square.
The bathroom is modern with bath tub and shower , wash basin and toilet.
The large open living area has a double bed ,large couch and large TV.
Maid service weekly, elevator, entry phone system. Lift goes up to 4th floor and then a few steps walk up last floor. It is a large flat and has direct access out to the roof terrace via French doors.
Nearest underground is Tottenham Court Road.
COMMENT FROM CLIENT: The unit in London we stayed at was great no problems. The unit is very large & can sleep more than 2 the sofa turns into a bed. Great location. I will use you again for my stay most likely the same place. Staff was helpful. The unit is almost on Oxford St & you cannot hear noise or traffic. Thanks Cory

Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.
LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
