This Studio has a great view over the square and is located on the 5th floor of a Modern serviced apartment block just off Oxford Street, in one of London’s oldest garden squares, in the heart of theatre district, perfect for shopping, dining and entertainment.

This spacious apartment has a dining area, large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher & direct access to attractive roof terrace with views over the square.

The bathroom is modern with bath tub and shower , wash basin and toilet.

The large open living area has a double bed ,large couch and large TV.

Maid service weekly, elevator, entry phone system. Lift goes up to 4th floor and then a few steps walk up last floor. It is a large flat and has direct access out to the roof terrace via French doors.

Nearest underground is Tottenham Court Road.

COMMENT FROM CLIENT: The unit in London we stayed at was great no problems. The unit is very large & can sleep more than 2 the sofa turns into a bed. Great location. I will use you again for my stay most likely the same place. Staff was helpful. The unit is almost on Oxford St & you cannot hear noise or traffic. Thanks Cory

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

I loved my little bedsit in Soho. It wasn't as small as I thought it'd be and it is located so centrally in London. A wonderful hot shower, fridge and waching machine. Great!

Wonderfully central location and very comfortable

This studio is actually two rooms: a large sitting room with small dining table and chairs and a comfortable bed. The other room is a fully equipped kitchen. The roof terrace overlooks trees in Soho Square. The bathroom is small but quite usable, and there was plenty of hot water and, as it was cold when we were there, heat was also on in the flat too. The lift goes to the 4th floor and the stairs are wide and easy to the 5th penthouse level. We were mostly self-catering and there were enough dishes for two people, and sufficient cooking pans and utensils. The sofa in the sitting room is a bit uncomfortable, but it worked with cushions! The greeter who met us was wonderfully helpful and efficient, and someone seemed to be available in the building's office near the entrance most days that we were there, although we did not need anything after our initial meeting. Our only "problem" was that LGS told us over and over that we must ring the office in London to confirm our arrival by train on a Saturday, and although we made three separate phone calls, we always got just a voicemail. As we had already indicated our time of arrival, we went to the address and there was no problem, but LGS should decide and be clear about the arrangements for guests who are arriving from within the UK, and not at an airport! My sense is that there may be a "distance" between Los Angeles and London that needs to be fixed! Finally, although this flat is right in the heart of London, it was extremely quiet in spite of being next door to the renovation of Tottenham Ct Road tube station. We loved being able to walk everywhere. There is a Sainsbury's and a Marks and Spencer for groceries within two blocks.

Very nice apartment, lousy internet connection

The apartment itself is quite nice-on the top floor of a building located in a corner of Soho Square. The neighborhood is busy and (due in part to ongoing construction i the area) can be loud, but the apartment is quite quiet.. It's not a super luxury building, but the apartment is clean and well equipped and more than serviceable for anyone except those whose tastes to run to the Ritz Carlton and the like. A nice bonus is that the apartment opens onto a terrace overlooking Soho Square. Everyone with whom I dealt was charming and helpful. The only downside of the apartment was that the wireless network was slow If you don't care much about the Internet connection one way or the other, this is quite a nice apartment in every other way, and I enjoyed my stay there.

Basic Place. Great Location

Pros: Reasonable price for an expensive city. Light and bright. Roof deck (even though we didn’t use it). QUIET!!!! Quiet even when there was a Gay Pride event in Soho Square 5 stories below that went on into the night, we could still sleep quite well—and my husband is a light sleeper. The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to the theater district. Grocery stores nearby. Plenty of restaurants close. Centrally located for the major tourist attractions. (It’s a long walk, but doable to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park, for instance.) Near an underground station. Easy to get taxis. Adequate kitchen. Small but adequate bathroom (but not great lighting). Cons: Furnishings kind of well-used and funky: the bed creaks a lot; the sofa is somewhat sprung; the dining table wobbles. The water pressure is intermittent--it starts out at a trickle and then it suddenly BLASTS. It’s also quite noisy (as are the water lines for the toilet). We have been spoiled by some vacation rentals that are very generous. They provide an adequate supply of toilet paper, hand and shower soap, dishwashing liquid, etc.—all the basic things you need to get through a stay. And some vacation rentals remind you that they are NOT hotels with all the amenities thereof. This is one of those. When we arrived for a six-night stay there was about half a roll of toilet paper, 1/8 bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom, no soap for the tub, no hand soap in the kitchen, no paper towels. (There was enough dish washing liquid, and some detergent for the dishwasher.) Thus, plan on bringing your own, or buying what you need shortly after you get here. Almost gave up on the hair dryer. Finally found it in the drawer under the stand-up mirror in the main sleep room. (It would be good to put in writing where it is stowed.) Also, if you’re from the US and like to use face cloths (wash cloths), be aware that many places in Europe don’t use them, and bring one of your own. Re the service from London Guest Suites: We changed our plans from a meet and greet at the apartment to a taxi pick-up at the airport after we dropped off our rental car. They were very helpful and accommodating. In the original booking process they were also very helpful.

Perfect location!

This apartment was perfectly located for us. Just off Oxford Street for shopping, near all the restaurants and entertainment of Soho and walking distance to many of the theatres. Also two tube stations nearby (Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus). Despite being in the heart of Soho, it was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. It has a lovely terrace which overlooks Soho Square. We highly recommend this apartment and in fact we are booked to stay at the same apartment next year!

This was our first experience renting instead of staying in a hotel and I have to say it was great. Not only was it more affordable, we had so much more room. Also having having the full kitchen and laundry machines was a huge plus.
