This lovely, small, privately-owned boutique property is situated in the heart of Knightsbridge. The 20 sumptuos apartments range from 1 to 4-bedrooms. All include free wireless internet access, flat screen televisions in all living rooms and bedrooms offering a large selection of satellite programmes, including International channels, iPod connectors in all bedrooms and living rooms, a DVD player, safe, hairdryer, and iron/ironing board. This beautiful apartment is approximately 1,312 sq ft. with a large terrace to the front of the building. There are 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests (7 if sofa bed in use, additional charge of $32 per night). A large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with Twin beds and third bedroom with 1 Queen bed share the second private bathroom located off the hallway. There is an additional cloakroom. This apartment has a large living room with double height ceiling. All of the larger apartments have electric fireplace, some have balcony. All three and four bedroom apartments are on split levels with the living accommodation on one side facing the front of the building. The bedrooms are located either a few steps up or down and face the quiet back of the property. All three and four bedroom apartments have a separate living room with sofa-bed, and a separate dining room, which can be also used as a meeting room, a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. This apartment also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms only. The interior is designed to the highest standard. Pictures and the floor plan may vary from apartment to apartment, but the decor is consistent in style and standard. Available 24 hours, the Concierge team can book theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, chauffeur driven cars or tours. For relaxation or work out, complimentary membership to the nearby health club is offered during your stay. Housekeeping services are included daily (except Sundays and holidays), bed linen is changed every two days, and towels every day. Laundry service and dry cleaning are also available. On arrival a large welcome basket with breakfast ingredients is provided. Additional provisions can be arranged prior to arrival if needed. Prices quoted are per apartment, per night (daily rates for stay of 6 nights or less) or per week (weekly rates for stay of 7 nights or more). All rates are inclusive of VAT at 20%. After twenty eight consecutive nights 4% VAT charge will apply. Rates vary during high and low season.

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES Apartments are available for occupation from 2:00pm. Apartments must be vacated by 10:00am hours on the day of departure. BREAKAGES Breakages and damages will be charged for. TELEPHONES On arrival a credit card imprint or cash (sterling) will be taken as security for telephone charges. Telephone calls are charged at 27p per unit. Each apartment has its own direct line.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

There is a $250.00 cancellation fee. If notice of cancellation is received in writing 14 days (low & mid season) or 42 days (high season) prior to arrival, full refund, minus the $250 fee, is given. However, where less than 14 days (42 days for high season) notice is given no refund will be made, unless the accommodation can be re-let.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

Deposit Policy

For reservations made 10 weeks or more before commencement of stay 20% advance payment is due immediately. Written confirmation wil be provided upon receipt of this payment. Balance of payment due 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been made. When advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited. If commencement of stay is within 10 weeks of reservation being made, then full payment is due
