The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. Prices are subject to currency fluctuation, however when accommodations have been paid in full, there will be no increase.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of each property. You must cancel a booking a least 4 weeks prior to arrival. Follow up the cancellation request in writing.
Deposit Policy
In order to confirm a reservation we require a minimum 50 % deposit of total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 4 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 4 weeks prior.
