London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this 2 Bedroom Garden Apartment. This superior apartment is in a great Period building in a fantastic location on the lower ground floor. Very close to South Kensington tube and easy walking distance to Knightsbridge and Harrods. You have a large living room with separate dining room that can seat 6, located adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has French doors that lead to rear patio that is shared with one other apartment. The Living room has Cable TV, 2 couches and internet access throughout. The beautiful master bedroom has queen sized bed, with full en-suite bathroom, having bath with shower , vanity wash hand basin and W.C. All fully tiled and with marble basin. The second bedroom has a UK double bed and there is in addition a fold up bed which can be located either in the drawing room or dining room. There is a separate shower room/W.C and marble wash hand basin. The very well-equipped fully fitted kitchen which has washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, utensils etc. PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional $25 per night for the 5th guest to cover cost of getting a foldaway bed to the apartment and extra bed linen and towels. CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Great fun

We loved the apartment. It is a wonderful location with the tube and lots of great restaurants nearby. The kitchen was great and although we didn't cook much we brought home food from the restaurants and wine from local shops and ate at home which was relaxing. We generally stay in So Kensington when in London and this location was better than most. We had great service from our drivers, Billy and Derek. Would highly recommend this rental.

It was a great place to stay for a week to take in London. Flat was located in a location convenient to many places we wanted to visit, 2 minute walk to the S. Kensington tube station, several restaurants (and 1 nice pub) practically outside our door. The area seemed to be a safe place to be. The flat itself is fairly large (there were 4 of us) and seemed to be well maintained. Everything seemed to be in working order. Just 2 complaints, both minor. Even though it was relatively cool during our stay (low to mid 70's by day), the flat got a little stuffy (there is no a/c) and we only had 1 working fan. Two fans would have been better. Fortunately, it did cool off at night and by keeping the master bedroom window open, it kept the room comfortably cool. However, this also meant that we were subjected to some street noise (the 2nd complaint). The flat is located at the corner of a fairly busy square and it typically was a bit noisy after 11 pm. As the master bedroom window was only a few feet from the street, at times it sounded like people were practically in the room with us. With the window shut though, noise level was reduced considerably. The back bedroom was much quieter. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home! Excellent location with many resturants, cafe's, supermarkets and bakery's all within walking distance. The metro was a very short walk from the apartment which made getting around very easy. Shelly at LGS was very helpful and I enjoyed working with her. We are a family of 5 and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in London.
