This 1- bedroom apartment can be made up with 1 King bed or 2 Single beds upon request.

 

Please note, this apartment can only sleep a maximum of 3 guests.

 

This flat is furnished to a very high standard and was recently redesigned with marble bathrooms and superbly designed English made bedroom furniture.

 

The small kitchen has a microwave, oven/grill, 2 electric burners, refrigerator and utensils.

 

And there is a living room and the dining area with 3 chairs. 

 

There are multiple flats in this serviced building providing a high standard of accommodation with individually designed and decorated layouts to suit varied needs.

 

Conveniently on-site, you will find a reception staff ready to arrange tickets for the theater, sporting events, city tours, shopping for provisions and flowers or wine on your behalf, as well as assistance for all of your transport and transfer needs.

 

This flat is 5 minutes from Piccadilly.

ARRIVAL DETAILS are REQUIRED ASAP for ALL reservations at THIS BUILDING Reception is open from 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. Someone is on duty out of office hours and during the weekend and this is why the arrival details are essential especially for arrivals over the weekend.

General Policy The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes.

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. You must advise us to take it in full at time of booking, otherwise we take a deposit and balance 10 weeks prior to arrival as per the terms set out. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. For reservations made 14 days or more before commencement of stay 50% advance payment is due immediately. Written confirmation will be provided upon receipt of this payment.

Balance of payment due 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been made. When advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited. If commencement of stay is within 10 weeks of reservation being made, then full payment is due. Should we have to change the reservation in any way we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.

If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $250 fee will be made on condition that notification in writing is received (and acknowledged by us) 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay.

In the event of cancellation being received within 10 weeks of commencement of stay no refund will be made. Any exception to this condition will be at the discretion of the management.

Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24hrs.

If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time before the date on which it begins or terminate a letting at any time before the end of the period booked. We would expect only to do this to accommodate any building work or for some other reason unforeseen by us/or the owner of the property at the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event, we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking (less a sum proportionate to any part of the period booked which shall already have expired) but we will have no liability beyond this. We will, of course, do what we can to provide you with a suitable alternative property.

Very good, but could be better

We have stayed here almost every year between 2001 and 2016. Obviously we like it alot. The property and location is great and the people there couldn't be nicer. There are some negatives, however, and I would not be doing you a service by ignoring them. This year, despite a clear and unequivical confirmation, no one picked us up at the airport. It was quite some time before we were informed that no reservation had in fact been confirmed. Perhaps most disappointing is that we have to this day never received either an explanation or apology from you office. A separate issue which I raised before we left was the TV package which contained no sports programming and virtually no news. It was only after we left and stayed with friends that I saw how much was actually available. I raised the exact same issue last year and was told it would be substantially improved. Alas, it was worse. I'm sure an improved package would have cost a little more, but I don't think that is too much to ask for someone who has stayed for about 15 times and has recommended the flat to many, many people. Finally, we have always had trouble flushing the toilet at the flat, which I have raised before and I think could be easily fixed. I hope you find these comment useful and constructive. If I didn't like the property so much, I simply wouldn't have bothered. Mike Rosenblum

We've stayed here many times. The location is perfect, right on topic of Shepherd Market with very nice restaurants. 10 minutes from the Green Park tube. Near the West End. Very good bed. Wi-fi functioning depends on what flat you're in. Terri at the desk is very helpful.

As always, this lovely apt #132 met all of our expectations. If anything, it was even better than in the past -- upgrades in decor, kitchen appliances, wi-fi, etc. I continue to recommend the property to friends and family.

Excellent service. Great reception staff. Felt at home. Loved the location, so central. Can walk most places, tube close. Markets, restaurants close and great choices. Felt safe and welcomed. Negative comment is the garbage on the street. This is a problem in all big cities (e.g. Manhattan) for numerous logistical reasons relating to narrow streets, congestion, etc. But it is ugly and annoying.

Great flat, excellent location

We have stayed in various flats in this building more than a dozen times. The space in the living room, (small) kitchen, and bedroom is adequate for two. The furnishings are fine, and are constantly being upgraded (better TVs with more channels, duvet, towels). The bathroom is state of the art. Terri at the front desk and others there are very friendly and helpful. The flat is in Mayfair, on top of Shepherd Market with a dozen neighborhood restaurants. 5 Minutes from the Green Park tube. Close to Picadilly and the West End (on the East) and to Green Park (Buckinham Palace) on the South and Hyde Park on the West. All in all a home away from hotels.

Quality accommodations in the heart of Mayfair

This is the second time we have stayed at 44 Curzon and love it. The apartment has everything you need for a week or more in London. We loved cooking in the kitchen but did not have to because so many. Restaurants are nearby. Close to Green Park tube, Oxford st. Buckingham Palace and so much more. The best things were the locatiion and the wondeful service we received from the drivers that took us to and from Heathrow airport. It would have been nice to have written instructions for how to operate the oven. But not a big deal, we used the burners to cook.

We've been back to one of the 10 flats here in Mayfair many times. It has a bedroom, modern bathroom, tiny modern kitchen (suits us) and living room. Lovely concierge. Wi-Fi that works. Right on top of Shepherd's Market with many terrific cafe restaurants. Near Picadilly St. and the Green Park station. In short, the right place in the right district at the right price

Positives of our stay at this property included a) Terry at the front desk was cheerful and helpful, b) excellent location in the city, c) bathroom was updated and kept clean by the maid service ( as was the apartment in general). Negatives could best be described as the apartment being very "tired" looking. Could use new carpets, updated bed spread, linens.

Great location, fine place

We've stayed here many times. The location is perfect for us, both for work near Warren Street and for theatre -- either the West End or the National. The restaurants in Shepherd's Market are also great. The space is fine. The furniture is a little old--the living room furniture is not very comfortable. The bathroom is upgraded. The place can be hot on the few days when London is hot. The price is right. All in all, we liked it and intend to return as often as possible.

It's like coming home!

I have always loved this property and I have stayed there many times. I have also always loved the relatiionship with those I deal with at London Guest Suites ( Tim) and the consistently great service I receive. Our stay this time was wonderful with only two criticisms. The first was the TV. I was unable to receive the stations I used to receive-particularly sports stations. While I don't go to London to watch TV, I do enjoy watching cricket and other sports in the evening so this is an important issue to me. Also,both my wife and I felt that the housekeeping and cleaning was simply not what it should be.

Great location, but Ground Floor is undesirable.

As always, the accommodations at here met my needs. The location, amenities, and staff support were ideal. The upgrades to the reception hall and the rooms were most welcome. Two complaints: First, the Ground Floor one-bedroom apartment is less desirable, because of the added noise, and the ability of passers-by to peer inside. I tried to transfer to a higher floor and was told that was not possible. I will not reserve at this location again without assurance that I will not be placed in the Ground Floor apartment. Second, the selection of TV Channels was sadly wanting. There were no Sports channels at all, and no U.S.-based news channels like CNN or NBC, which have been available in the past. This should be remedied, even if it results in a few pounds additional charge.
