London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this two bedroom flat in the heart of Mayfair in the village atmosphere of Shepherd Market.

Some apartments in this building have marble bathrooms and superbly designed English made furniture.This 2-bedroom apartment features a queen bed in the master and 2 singles (twin) in the second bedroom.

There is a living room and dining area and the kitchen has a microwave/oven/grill/burner and fridge plus utensils for your stay. Please note, that "room service" is available from local restaurants.

There are multiple flats in this serviced building providing a high standard of accommodation with individually designed and decorated layouts to suit varied needs.

Conveniently on-site, you will find a reception staff ready to arrange tickets for the theater, sporting events, city tours, shopping for provisions and flowers or wine on your behalf, as well as assistance for all of your transport and transfer needs.

This flat is 5 minutes from Piccadilly.

IMPORTANT NOTE - There is  No LIFT - stair access only.

This property is comprised of 3 separate buildings: Building 1- There are one, 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom (duplex) and 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments, with LIFT, there are 3 floors. Building 2 – In the building opposite (which is where reception is located), there is one, 1-bedroom, located on the 1st floor, with NO lift, stair access only, and 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, NO Lift, stair access only. Building 3 – There is one studio apartment and eleven, 1-bedroom apartments with LIFT, located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.

Photos are of a 2-bedroom apartment and are presented to give you an idea of the space and layout, however they all are of similar decor and furnishings, each with its own character and style.

ARRIVAL DETAILS are REQUIRED ASAP for ALL reservations at THIS BUILDING Reception is open from 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. Someone is on duty out of office hours and during the weekend and this is why the arrival details are essential especially for arrivals over the weekend.

General Policy The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes.

PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. You must advise us to take it in full at time of booking, otherwise we take a deposit and balance 10 weeks prior to arrival as per the terms set out. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. For reservations made 14 days or more before commencement of stay 50% advance payment is due immediately. Written confirmation will be provided upon receipt of this payment.

Balance of payment due 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been made. When advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited. If commencement of stay is within 10 weeks of reservation being made, then full payment is due. Should we have to change the reservation in any way we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.

If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $250 fee will be made on condition that notification in writing is received (and acknowledged by us) 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay.

In the event of cancellation being received within 10 weeks of commencement of stay no refund will be made. Any exception to this condition will be at the discretion of the management.

Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24hrs.

If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time before the date on which it begins or terminate a letting at any time before the end of the period booked. We would expect only to do this to accommodate any building work or for some other reason unforeseen by us/or the owner of the property at the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event, we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking (less a sum proportionate to any part of the period booked which shall already have expired) but we will have no liability beyond this. We will, of course, do what we can to provide you with a suitable alternative property.

WE SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE CHARGED AT $75 PER $1000 OR COVERAGE.

The £20.00 per half hour excess is charged due to airport parking fees which we must forwarded on to the client in the event of a delay

Because of our past experiences with you folks, the rental met our expectations. We had two of our grown kids and this unit worked out well. The biggest plus for us is the wonderful location. Hope to use you guys again.
