This is a lovely large traditional maisonette and perfect for families. The living area is downstairs and it consists of a large spacious living room with bay windows overlooking Lower Sloane Street, a separate kitchen and dining room facing the garden and a powedroom next to the entrance. There are two master king/twin bedded rooms and two single rooms upstairs, along with two full bathrooms (Apartment has portable air conditioning units which you will very rarely need , mostly not need). Please note that access to this apartment is up two flights of stairs. The red brick facade of this Georgian property can only serve to add an extra special touch when visiting a city that is steeped in history and tradition. Built in the 18th century this building has been sympathetically modernized while retaining many of the original feature.. Can also supply billing, shopping, baby-sitting, places of interest. With self contained with fully fitted kitchens, a comfortable sitting room with cable television and film channels. PLEASE NOTE: LET-IN TIME IS 12:00 PM AND DEPARTURE TIME IS 10:00 AM. All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. Extended stays may only be agreed by the management and in the case of availability.Payment
A 50% deposit must be received before the reservation can be confirmed. 2 MONTHS prior to arrival the balance of the rental must be settled.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, monies paid will be returned less an administration charge of $250, subject to 60 days notice being received by fax or post. If cancellation is made after this time refund of the money is subject to the re-letting of the apartment otherwise the full period of the reservation is chargeable. We recommend that guests insure against such an event. Please bear in mind that once a booking has been confirmed by us, you are committed to the dates agreed upon, and any alteration in the dates will depend on the availability and the resale of the accommodation booked.
