Someone is on duty out of office hours and during the weekend and this is why the arrival details are essential especially for arrivals over the weekend.
General Policy The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes.
PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. You must advise us to take it in full at time of booking, otherwise we take a deposit and balance 10 weeks prior to arrival as per the terms set out. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. For reservations made 14 days or more before commencement of stay 50% advance payment is due immediately. Written confirmation will be provided upon receipt of this payment.
Balance of payment due 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been made. When advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited. If commencement of stay is within 10 weeks of reservation being made, then full payment is due. Should we have to change the reservation in any way we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.
If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $250 fee will be made on condition that notification in writing is received (and acknowledged by us) 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay.In the event of cancellation being received within 10 weeks of commencement of stay no refund will be made. Any exception to this condition will be at the discretion of the management.
Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24hrs.
If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time before the date on which it begins or terminate a letting at any time before the end of the period booked. We would expect only to do this to accommodate any building work or for some other reason unforeseen by us/or the owner of the property at the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event, we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking (less a sum proportionate to any part of the period booked which shall already have expired) but we will have no liability beyond this. We will, of course, do what we can to provide you with a suitable alternative property.
WE SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE CHARGED AT $75 PER $1000 OR COVERAGE.

Great Apartment
12/29/2015I stayed here before Christmas with four other members of my family. The apartment is extremely nice, with spacious rooms and great amenities, including a great kitchen. It accommodated five adults, easily, and it is very close to the Earl's Court tube station, which made it convenient to get to anywhere in the city. I highly recommend it. The office staff nearby was quite helpful. Perfect for a quiet stay near everything.
Beautiful Apartment in Excellent Location
08/10/2015The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The location is in a nice area and very convenient (2 blocks) to the Tube Station at Earl's Court. Numerous Pubs and Grocery Stores nearby. A little over a mile walk to Kensington Palace and parks. Kitchen was nice with dishwasher and washer/dryer. (Dryer was not very effective.)

Wonderful experience-one I hope to have again soon
05/30/2014Due to unforeseen circumstances, we found ourselves without accommodations less than 48 hours before our trip. Upon contacting London Guest Suites, I was immediately assisted by Susan in the California office. She raced to find us a suitable flat for myself and my elderly traveling companions. Upon arrival, we were met by Tania who ensured that we were in an easily accessible flat that was close to the lift. The flat itself was beautiful and clean, and within a 5 minute walk to the Earls Court Tube station and a 2 minute walk to several bus stops. There were several lovely pubs close by. I will most certainly use London Guest Suites services again when I travel with my family. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent customer service.

Convenient and comfortable
04/21/2014The flat was located conveniently for access to central London and included large rooms within the comfortable apartment. We had our dad staying with us so he appreciated the personal space provided by the separate room and bathroom. Staff were accessible and helpful.

The beds were comfortable, the management team of London Guest Suites and Global Guest Suites was so very helpful, and the location – only a block from the Tube and in a lovely neighborhood – was ideal for our 5 night stay. Having two bathrooms was a plus. The decor is traditional style with charm. Kitchen is huge and so is the living space. The meet & great person was lovely and was contactable from the initial booking inquiry until our departure. Drivers were organized for pick up and drop off at the airport, we recommend this service. Overall I would stay here again. A welcome alternative to a hotel!”
