3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, garden. SKY TV. Nearest underground station: Parsons Green, a 4 - 5 minute walk A lovely 3 storey townhouse set mid-terrace in a pretty residential street. The house has undergone complete refurbishment and decoration to create a sunny and spacious home. On the ground floor is the sitting room with gas log fireplace. The dining room seating 6/8 has doors to a large and bright kitchen/family room with sky lighting. It is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washer/dryer is located in an upper hall cupboard. Double doors lead out to a small garden. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one with a standard 4'6" double bed, and a spacious bathroom ensuite which has a bath, fixed overhead shower, wash hand basin and loo. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a half bathroom with wash hand basin adjacent to the second bedroom. On the top floor is a large queen bedroom and separate bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and loo. This area of London has an abundance of shops and restaurants, and Parsons Green underground station is less than a 5 minute walk away. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS COMMENTS FROM PAST CLIENTS: Just to give you a brief review. Loved the flat in Fulham even loved The White Horse pub down the road from the flat even more. Lots of good quality food stores nearby. Superlink car service was very good, friendly guys and well priced. All in all I great time was had by one and all, very hot touring but better than awful rain. Look forward to using you again. Cheers, Louisa

Heathrow - £75 for a car for 1 - 3 people and £88 for 4-6 people

Gatwick - £85 for a car for 1 - 3 people and £115 for 4-6 people

City Airport: £60 for a car for 1 - 3 people and £70 for 4-6 people

Luton or Stansted: £85 for a car for 1 - 3 people and £120 for 4-6 people

We can provide maid service during your stay at a cost of £30 for 2 hours.

Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable.

The owner and agents of owner of the property are not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let. All arriving Clients will be met at the property. We therefore require prior information of travel plans, flight details etc. If arrival at apartment/house is before 8.00am or later than 4.30pm on any day, it is mandatory that our driver transfers you from the airport, and he will have the keys to the property. You will be advised of the cost of this and be charged.

A damage deposit is held against damage/breakages and use of the telephone. This is returned within 4 - 6 weeks of departure with the appropriate deductions. If any damage or call charges exceed the amount held as security deposit, we reserves will charge any excess to your credit card. By signing the booking form you authorize such charge.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

50% is payable by credit card when booking. The balance of the invoiced amount is due 70 days before the rental start date. Payment is accepted by US$, or by credit cards. Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE! We will send you a link where you can shop options when you book.

All rents include gas, electricity, WiFi, and cleaning on arrival and departure. Telephones are metered by the telephone company for the cost of calls made during your stay and this will be deducted from the damage deposit. If cleaning is required, this can be arranged at a rate of £(please enquire) per hour, for a minimum of two hours per visit.

Only the named people on the booking form may occupy the property and any change or extra people will automatically and without notice bring the contract to an end.

Properties may be occupied from 12.00PM with departure by 10.30AM unless specifically requested and agreed. Arrangements for check-out and key collection must be made at least 2 working days prior to the departure date. All properties are equipped with linens, towels, china, glasses, telephone and television unless otherwise stated.

Telephone numbers of properties can be given in advance when payments have been completed. We reserve the right to offer alternative properties of similar quality, size and price in the event of the property chosen not being available. Baby cots, high chairs, Z-beds, fax machines and extra linen can be arranged at costs advised and added to your invoice, or taken from your security deposit.

Occupants must undertake not to make any alterations, additions to, or take away from the premises any of its contents, nor to create cause to require redecoration or repair to the property. To quietly enjoy the property and not create such noise or nuisance as to cause complaint from neighbours, especially after 11 PM and before 8 AM.

No professional business may be carried out on the premises.

No animals are allowed in any property unless previously and specifically agreed in advance.
