PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. Prices are subject to currency fluctuation, however when accommodations have been paid in full, there will be no increase. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Apartments are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. Keys to the apartment are made available between 8:00am to 8:00pm. Alternate arrangements can be made for key collection after hours.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS can be arranged for an addtional cost.

CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. For reservations the cancellation is to be received 6 weeks prior to arrival with a administration fee of $250. If cancelled within the 6 weeks there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

Deposit Policy

In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 20%, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 6 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 6 weeks prior. An Additional deposit may be required for bookings of more than 14 nights.
