Located in the heart of Knightsbridge. Just a few minutes walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the wonderful fashion shops of Sloane Street. Hyde Park and some of London's finest museums are only a pleasant stroll away, whilst the wealth of restaurants in the area offer culinary delights for every taste. This house is designed to make you feel at home. With two double bedrooms, two bathrooms it is furnished to meet your needs in comfort and style. You may ask for an extra bed for the 5th person at a nominal fee. The fully equipped kitchen and a living room to relax in has utility room and cloakroom to create a welcome home. Approx 1150 sq ft .

This four storey house has been designed to a high specification with an emphasis on guest comfort. A friendly housekeeping service is provided . king size and a twin bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms on the top floor. The living room with a dining table for four and a fully fitted Miele kitchen are located on the first floor. At the end of the hallway on the ground floor is a small study with an armchair which can convert into a guest bed. An additional shower room can be found in the basement.

Weekly rates include gas, electricity, water, a weekday cleaning service (Monday to Friday, not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays), a weekly linen change, twice weekly towel change, telephone line rental, TV, VCR and membership of the local health club. parking facilities available at £95.00 per week

If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of each property. You must cancel a booking at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Follow up the cancellation request in writing. There is a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation/Refund Policy within 6 weeks prior to arrival: CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment within 6 weeks prior to arrival:100% of the total payment charged. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

PLEASE REFER TO THE HOMEPAGE TAB "TRAVEL INSURANCE" LGS reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable property if the reserved property is withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.

Deposit Policy

In order to confirm a reservation we require a minimum 50 % deposit of total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior. There is also a $950 refudable security deposit taken and returned when you arrive back.
