Modern conveniences abound: High speed /Wifi internet access, flat-panel TV with cable and DVD player and a state-of-the-art security system with interphone for admitting guests. In the living room are also found a flat panel television with DVD player and WIFI highspeed internet connection. Work or be entertained by your 21st century TV or computer screens while looking at 17th century roofs. Bedroom : The bedroom too has a set of floor to ceiling french doors which open onto another balcony which is flooded by the eastern sun in the spring and summer. For your comfort there is a queen sized bed ( 160 cm), dresser and luggage racks as well as bedside tables. Kitchen : The state of the art Italian kitchen features German Neff appliances which include a floor to ceiling refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, flat electric stovetop and expresso machine. Light floods into the kitchen from the large eastern facing double window. Bathroom : The apartment has a charming, spacious W.C. or half bath. The masterbath has a tub/shower, pullman countertop, washer/dryer, towel warmer, as well as ample closet space and extensive recessed lighting. This is a non smoking, no pets, only 2 person occupancy apartment.

Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .
CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.
Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.

In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:
Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;
You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);
Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;
You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;
Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;
The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;
Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.
