This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is designed to provide a stylish and spacious home. The master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom is a twin, with 2 singles and the third bedroom has 1 single bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end Miele appliances. There is a relaxing and comfortable sitting room.

This is an elegant London apartment, designed to a high specification with an emphasis on guest comfort. A friendly housekeeping service is provided with professional management on hand to offer any assistance you might require.

Rates include gas, electricity, water, a weekday cleaning service (Monday to Friday, not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays), a weekly linen change, twice weekly towel change, telephone line rental, TV, VCR and membership of the local health club. Parking facilities available at £95.00 per week

We can only confirm availability for bookings of 1 month or more at anytime. However, Bookings of 1 month or less can only be confirmed 3 to 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date. You also have the option of being added to a Wait List for this apartment, and we can then notify you closer to the time if it's available.

If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. All cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of each property. You must cancel a booking at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. Follow up the cancellation request in writing. There is a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation/Refund Policy within 6 weeks prior to arrival: CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment within 6 weeks prior to arrival:100% of the total payment charged. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

PLEASE REFER TO THE HOMEPAGE TAB "TRAVEL INSURANCE" LGS reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable property if the reserved property is withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.

Deposit Policy

In order to confirm a reservation we require a minimum 50 % deposit of total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior. There is also a $950 refudable security deposit taken and returned when you arrive back.
