They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Ideal time of arrival is between 2 – 6 pm. Apartments are normally available as from 2 pm ( earlier times are possible if the specific apartment is not let until the morning of the clients arrival) and they need to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure Apartments are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. the day of departure. Keys to the apartment are made available during normal working hours, 9:00 to 5:00. Alternate arrangements can be made for key collection after hours and on weekends. ALL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE CHARGED (INCLUDING LOCAL)ARE AT 10 PENCE PER UNIT. A PUBLIC TELEPHONE IS 20 PENCE PER UNIT. CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is emailed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. Driver with keys - in most cases.

Please note the tarriff for car transfer from the airports: For 1-4 people £60 from Heathrow to Kensington and Chelsea and £65 to other parts of central London. For 5 - 7 people the cost are £10 extra.

From Gatwick the cost is £105 for 1-4 people to Kensington and Chelsea and £115 for the rest of London. for 5 - 7 people the cost is £10 extra

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. Cancellation/Refund Policy CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY PLEASE REFER TO THE HOMEPAGE TAB "TRAVEL INSURANCE" LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied. LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposits Policy DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

WE ARE HAPPY TO ARRANGE A CAR TO COLLECT YOU FORM THE AIRPORT AND TAKE YOU TO THE PROPERTY - THE DRIVER WOULD HAVE THE KEYS TO YOUR PROPERTY - THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ARRIVALS OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS.
