This bright luxury one bedroom apartment is right in the middle of Saint-Germain des Prés in the living-fashion and artistic center of Paris, sheltered in one of the most popular, active, and sparkling neighborhoods of central Paris. From its windows, you have a direct and splendid view on the Boulevard Saint-Germain and the rue de Buci (the apartment is a few steps away from the daily and lively open-air market of the rue de Buci). If you like to take Metro, there are two very conveniently located Metro lines very close to the apartment. The Metro Mabillon is just a few steps from the apartment and Metro St. Germain is about two blocks away from the apartment. The two most famous coffee shops, Café Flore and Café deaux Mago are both located about two blocks away from the apartment. There must be at least 100 restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. Brasserie Lipp, the famous Bistro is just two blocks away. Located in probably the most desirable and artistic district of Paris, this apartment is very modern, luxurious, centrally air conditioned . This 2nd floor (American 3rd floor) 650 sq.ft. apartment is accessed by coded entry gate. It has two elevators and an elegant curved and well lit staircase, which is kept very clean by the concierge. The convertible leather sofa, chair, dining table and dining chairs are by Cinna (Ligne Roset in USA). The bedroom has two very comfortable double bed, with cushioned leather headboard, that are combined to form a king size bed in width. The bed is furnished with 400 T/C linens, blanket, down pillows, chamis and comforter. The bedroom also has large freestanding closet with sliding white glass door (also by cinna) and an antique chest of 4 drawers. You will love the large showerhead in the glass/limestone shower and Phillipe Starke sink in the bathroom. The apartment has all the modern conveniences you would expect.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN END OF STAY CLEANING FEE FOR THIS PROPERTYThe usual initial payment is 50% plus the security deposit. Final payment: You may pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card or check.
Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .
CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.
Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.
Cancellation/Refund Policy

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:
Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;
You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);
Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;
You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;
Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;
The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;
Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
Deposit Policy
The fully refundable security deposit is payable one month prior to the first day of tenancy and will be refunded one week after the last day of tenancy. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.
