After a visit to the world class paintings of the Wallace Collection in Manchester Square and shopping in nearby Oxford street perhaps a meal at one of the world class restaurants of Queensway or Notting Hill, what could be finer than a leisurely stroll along the Serpentine, past the Bird sanctuary and back via the beautiful fountains, to your comfortable London base. Offering a penthouse with magnificent views over London, all apartments have broadband and satellite TV and all modern amenities. A 24hr monitored CCTV service ensures security. Each bedroom has a double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and also a washer/dryer. Maid service is included every other day. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES a minimum of 1 week stay DURING HOLIDAYS AND SUMMER . BUT, please contact us closer to the date and we will be happy to offer you an apartment for a shorter stay if there is availability.

20% deposit is required at time of booking. The full balance of accommodation charges is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date as confirmation of the booking.

If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full balance is required immediately.

Payments are accepted in cash, travellers cheques, bank drafts and all major credit cards.

A car can be arranged for pick up at the airport for an extra charge.

Extras: Sofa bed bed ( charges Apply - $75.00 per night)

Baby Cot ( charges Apply - $25.00 per night)

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there is no refund.

If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

Deposit Policy

Please note that on arrival we require £1000.00 deposit as a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction on arrival and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is not debited from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
