WIFI IS CHARGED AT AN ADDITIONAL 9 POUNDS A DAYClients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of misuse and/or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of £350 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival, to be held against such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client and/or their visitors during their stay. Occupation cannot be guaranteed before 2.00pm on the day of arrival and vacation must be by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation In the event of cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows:- More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - $250 Charge Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival - 50% 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100%
Deposit Policy
Method of Payment A deposit of 25% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
