Located right in the heart of Montparnasse, the celebrated artists' quarter of the 1920s, the Citadines Apart'hotel here sits amongst stylish cafés, theatres and cinemas. This is a district teeming with shopping centres, boutiques and restaurants offering sumptuous international cuisine.
It is also conveniently located – it is a mere 2-minute walk from the station and is halfway between Necker and Saint-Vincent-de-Paul hospitals. The Pasteur Institute, government offices and Senate building are all close by.
All this at your door step, and just a few minutes away are the Luxembourg gardens, the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area and the Latin Quarter.
Each studio and apartment houses a bathroom with hairdryer, a separate toilet in the one-bedroom apartments, and a fully-equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, fridge, microwave/grill, and dishwasher in most studios. All apartments have hi-fi systems, TVs with Canal+ and satellite channels, safe deposit boxes and direct-line phones. A second line for computer connection is available on request.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 4 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.

If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. For reservations of 1-7 nights the cancellation is to be received 48 hours prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 48 hours there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation.For reservations of 7 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 14 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 14 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation. For reservations of 30 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 28 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 28 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first weeks accommodation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
