Situated in a lively neighbourhood near the Opéra-Comique, the Hôtel Drouot auction rooms and the grands boulevards, this Apart'hotel is also near the headquarters of numerous banks and is only 10 minutes from the Bourse.

This 3-star establishment has 76 apartments over 5 floors, including 42 studios for 2, 8 studios for 3, 17 one-bedroom apartments for 3-4 people, 5 one-bedroom duplex apartments for 3 and 4 one-bedroom duplex apartments for 4.
All our apartments are air-conditioned. In the studios, choose to sleep on sofas or single beds. In the apartments, there are sofa beds in the living room and you can choose from a double bed or two single beds in the bedrooms.
All studios and apartments have a bathroom with hairdryer with a separate toilet, a fully equipped separate kitchen area complete with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and electric kettle; TV with satellite channels, hi-fi system, safe, direct-line telephone.
Linen and towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. 4 apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.

If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. For reservations of 1-7 nights the cancellation is to be received 48 hours prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 48 hours there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation.For reservations of 7 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 14 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 14 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first nights accommodation. For reservations of 30 nights or more the cancellation is to be received 28 days prior to arrival with a administration fee of $200. If cancelled within the 28 days there is the additional cancellation fee of the first weeks accommodation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
