This apartment is booked in blocks of one week. For additional days over a week, the price is $825 a night. Lovely 970 sq. ft. apartment on the border of the 1st and 8th arrondisement. The Opera-Vendome district is is undoubtedly Paris as you usually imagine it. Wide avenues, designed by Baron Haussmann, showcase all the opulence and luxury of the city. A dazzling walk through the bright lights. This apartment is located just steps away from the high-end shopping area of rue du Faubourg St.-Honoré, home to some of Paris' most prestigious couturiers and boutiques. The famous Church of La Madeleine, along with cafés, florists and cheese shops of the Place de la Madeleine are less than a block away. The apartment is situated in a pedestrian-only street that extends between rue Royale and rue Boissy d'Anglais. The entrance leads to a comfortable parquet floors living room which is furnished with a sofa, overstuffed chairs, oriental rugs, and fine antiques. Its south-facing balcony decorated with plants and furnished with a few chairs is a quiet and relaxing spot which takes in the beauty of Paris rooftops. This terrace overlooks the Cité Berryer, so it is very quiet and it gets warmed by the sun from morning to evening. You will find there a great refuge after having roamed in the busy streets of Paris . It gets especially quiet after 8:30PM and on Sundays when the street is closed to non-resident pedestrian traffic. The dining room can accommodate 6 guests. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen which is equipped with wood cabinets and white tile floors. Appliances include a four-burner electric stove, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, American-style two-door refrigerator with icemaker, coffeemaker and toaster. For breakfast there is a small table for two. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Furnished with antiques, this room is also equipped with a television and VCR. French doors open onto a small balcony. Outside the bedroom is a modern bathroom with a tub, hand-held shower and a WC. From the living room a wooden winding staircase leads to the upper floor and the second bedroom. This room has twin beds that can be combined to form a king-sized bed. Note: the sleeping area is not closed. Next to this bedroom is a second bathroom with a tub but no WC. Separate toilets are located off the living room. The unit is equipped with a modern centralized A/C system.

Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .

CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.

Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 10 weeks or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.

Security deposit: The security deposit varies and is refundable.

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:

Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;

You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);

Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;

You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;

Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;

The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;

Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

Deposit Policy
