This apartment is located in the Ile de la Cite at two steps away from Notre Dame de Paris. The street Chanoinesse is a small and very calm street. The island has a village feel about it and after staying in it a day or two, you will be enamoured. Many of the most important attractive sites of Paris are located nearby. The Pompidou Centre , the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden, Champs Elysees, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais are either within walking distance.
Very beautiful building dating from the early 18th century with a very pretty interior courtyard. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is very protected with two digicodes. In addition, a little further in the street there is a police station, you should, thus, have any preoccupation with the safety even if the apartment is on the ground floor.
Apartment of very great standing of 45 m2 organized with a large living room and a bedroom. The living room has a large settee reads convertible and a table making it possible to dine with 4 people. The furnishing is modern brought to life with antique pieces like the ancient Chinese chest of drawers in the bedroom, the original art pieces and ancient accessories, like the two African masks in the salon brought from Gabon Africa, the Mongol mask-of-slumber in the bed room, the Vietnamese mirror of the soul which greats you at the enterance ready to show your soul on its plain dark wood, the sculpture of the two camels carrying saddlebags of roses and bath salt brought from Luxure Egypt to adorns the shower's shelf, and the art works on the walls by the artist owner of this chaming flat . It's an old domain adorned with international artworks and imagination, a small symbol of Paris the city accomodating the international art. The bedroom gets a very high quality double bed. The kitchen is entirely equipped. The bathroom is small but is very well arranged a bathtub and shower. To conclude, this apartment has an exceptional location and will be a perfect "pied a terre" to discover Paris.

Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.

Very Good Apartment in a Wonderful Location
07/10/2013I and the other three members of my party were fully satisfied with the apartment rental. Everything promised in the description was there for us. The greeter was there when we arrived and explained what we needed to know. The apartment felt safe, secure, and spacious enough for our needs. Beds were comfortable. The street was quiet, especially at night. We noticed that the windows were opaque looking from the outside, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything worked in the kitchen. We were especially happy to find a grocery store nearby. In fact there was a small neighborhood feeling to the street.
