Ile St Louis is itself a gem shining in the crown of central Paris. Original Art Deco furnishings make this vacation apartment rental a treasure among riches. This exclusive 740 sq feet one bedroom apartment is located in the very heart of Paris in Ile Saint-Louis on the second floor (Noble French Floor) of a registered 17th century building. Fully refurbished it displays stone walls and exposed beams on a 3.5 m high ceiling. Entering the flat you have on your immediate left a generous bedroom with a queen size bed. The room gives on a quiet court yard. Proceeding forwards into the place you will find on your right a nice bathroom with marble and equipped with a bath tub. Toilets are separate. Following a small hallway you will reach a spacious 42m2 living and dinning room with three large windows. It includes on the right side an American kitchen bar fully equipped with top of the line modern appliances. The place is elegantly furnished with original art deco pieces. The owners are dedicated art lovers and art collectors. Indeed the lady of the house is a world renowned artist photographer. They have decorated the flat with exclusive pictures and sculptures. Finally the apartment offers internet connection, home cinema with flat screen television and iPod connection. Ile Saint-Louis is like a small village. You can walk around without feeling the hassle of the congested traffic of a large metropolitan area. The area offers plenty of nice food stores and small cafés with sunny terraces. You are within walking distance of many museums and centres of interest; Notre Dame, Beaubourg, Opera Bastille, Le Marais, etc. You are 5 min walking distance from the metro station Saint Paul or the RER.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS AN END OF STAY CLEANING FEE FOR THIS PROPERTY

The usual initial payment is 50% plus the security deposit. Final payment: You may pay the balance 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card or check.

Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .

CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.

Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 10 weeks or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.

Security deposit: The security deposit varies and is refundable.

TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:

Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;

You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);

Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;

You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;

Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;

The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;

Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.

Deposit Policy

The fully refundable security deposit is payable one month prior to the first day of tenancy and will be refunded one week after the last day of tenancy. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.
