A very well presented house in the heart of Chelsea, in immaculate condition throughout, and situated in a pretty backwater quiet tree-lined residential street. On the ground floor there is a study with desk, Internet Access and book shelves. The fully equipped kitchen leads into an pretty conservatory dining room seating 8, with french doors giving onto an enclosed patio with water feature. On this floor there is also a TV room (separate Sky) with sofabed, small kitchenette with microwave oven. An ensuite shower room with shower stall, wash hand basin and loo is adjacent. On the first half landing there is a single bedroom, and ensuite shower room with shower stall wash hand basin and loo. The first floor has a spacious and light 'L' shaped drawing room with decorative fireplace, high ceilings and comfortable seating. The television end of the room (also with Sky) has a sofa and 2 chairs. The next half landing has a pretty little bedroom with standard bed (4' 6"), cupboard, and an ensuite bathroom with half bath, hand shower, wash hand basin and loo. The master bedroom is on the top floor with king size bed (6'), good cupboards, and a large ensuite bathroom with bath, hand shower, shower stall, wash hand basin and loo. A cupboard in this bathroom houses the washing machine and dryer. This house is moments from the Kings Road, and therefore has the choice of all the shops and restaurants that are plentiful in this popular area. Good bus routes run from the Kings Road to the underground stations of South Kensington and Sloane Square are both are approximately a 15 minute walk away. CHILDREN OVER THE AGES OF 14 ARE WELCOME

We can provide maid service during your stay at a cost of £30 for 2 hours.
Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable.
The owner and agents of owner of the property are not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let. All arriving Clients will be met at the property. We therefore require prior information of travel plans, flight details etc. If arrival at apartment/house is before 8.00am or later than 4.30pm on any day, it is mandatory that our driver transfers you from the airport, and he will have the keys to the property. You will be advised of the cost of this and be charged.
A damage deposit is held against damage/breakages and use of the telephone. This is returned within 4 - 6 weeks of departure with the appropriate deductions. If any damage or call charges exceed the amount held as security deposit, we reserves will charge any excess to your credit card. By signing the booking form you authorize such charge.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
50% is payable by credit card when booking. The balance of the invoiced amount is due 70 days before the rental start date. Payment is accepted by US$, or by credit cards. Rents are payable in full and in advance 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Final payments are non refundable. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE! We will send you a link where you can shop options when you book.All rents include gas, electricity, WiFi, and cleaning on arrival and departure. Telephones are metered by the telephone company for the cost of calls made during your stay and this will be deducted from the damage deposit. If cleaning is required, this can be arranged at a rate of £(please enquire) per hour, for a minimum of two hours per visit.
Only the named people on the booking form may occupy the property and any change or extra people will automatically and without notice bring the contract to an end.

Arrangements for check-out and key collection must be made at least 2 working days prior to the departure date. All properties are equipped with linens, towels, china, glasses, telephone and television unless otherwise stated.
Telephone numbers of properties can be given in advance when payments have been completed. We reserve the right to offer alternative properties of similar quality, size and price in the event of the property chosen not being available. Baby cots, high chairs, Z-beds, fax machines and extra linen can be arranged at costs advised and added to your invoice, or taken from your security deposit.
Occupants must undertake not to make any alterations, additions to, or take away from the premises any of its contents, nor to create cause to require redecoration or repair to the property. To quietly enjoy the property and not create such noise or nuisance as to cause complaint from neighbours, especially after 11 PM and before 8 AM.
No professional business may be carried out on the premises.
No animals are allowed in any property unless previously and specifically agreed in advance.
