In the deep heart of the historical Marais, located in a pedestrian street, this apartment has a very central location, Pompidou center is just a few minutes away… Very quiet, although in the heart of one of the most animated areas of the city, lots of bars and restaurants are surrounding the apartment, as for all the shops you could expect.. The neighbourhood is lively by day as by night but remains very safe… You will fall in love with the various original strolls that are just waiting to make you discover Paris’ secrets.. The closest subway stop is Rambuteau. In a 15th century building, made safe by a code and without lift, the apartment is on the third floor onto the courtyard. The stairway that leads to it is a master piece of that time and is classified. The apartment has entirely been renovated and refurbished before to put on the rental market : everything there is brand new and top quality ; very modern and mixing traces of the past, like the apparent wooden beams, the ambient of this place is definitely dedicated to comfort and relaxation… The entrance opens onto the kitchen that is fully equipped and that has a dining table, then the lounge is equipped with a useful desk under the stairs and also a sofa bed that allows two further guests to sleep there. The first bed room is on the top floor and has a queen size bed, with a magnificent view on Paris roof tops and the second one is accessible from the lounge and has a double bed. The bath room is equipped with a large walk-in shower and is accessible independently. Lavatories are separate and independent too. In a few words, this apartment is very homey and quiet and will perfectly suit to a family or a group of friends who wants to discover the city from its very center and for a very fair price. PLEASE NOTE: The price is slightly higher when staying less than a week.

Roissy / CDG Airport -> Paris: 80 EUR up to 3 people 85 EUR up to 4 people 90 EUR for 5 persons 110 EUR for 6 or 7 persons Orly Airport -> Paris: 70 EUR up to 3 people 75 EUR up to 4 people 80 EUR for 5 persons 100 EUR for 6 or 7 persons 115 EUR for 8 persons Train station -> Apartment: 50 EUR up to 4 people 60 EUR for 5 to 7 persons 65 EUR for 8 personsThe driver will wait for your client with his name on a board on the platform at the head of the train or after the customs at the airport.
Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.
Checkout time is noon.
FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.
From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
