London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years, offering exceptional service to those visiting the city. Very nice 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Central London’s South Kensington. Only a short walking distance away from London’s biggest sightseeing attractions such as Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, Science Museum and many others. Bordering with Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Earls Court, Kensington is a perfect base from which to set out and explore the most famous London landmarks, the most fashionable shops and of course the great Royal Parks of London. A rollaway bed can be brought in for a 5th person. Apartment Facilities: Central Heating, Electric fans Telephone, Broadband, TV, HI FI System, Clock radio, DVD Player Washer/Dryer Full kitchen: Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Tea/coffee making facilities High chairs available Bathroom products General Facilities: This apartment is on the groud floor with outside patio area and 1st floor with balcony. The Master bedroom has Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has Twin beds. We have several apartments so pictures my vary but all are spacious and elegantly furnished.

BUT, please contact us closer to the date and we will be happy to offer you an apartment for a shorter stay if there is availability.20% deposit is required at time of booking. The full balance of accommodation charges is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date as confirmation of the booking.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full balance is required immediately.
Payments are accepted in cash, travellers cheques, bank drafts and all major credit cards.
A car can be arranged for pick up at the airport for an extra charge.
Extras: Sofa bed bed ( charges Apply - $75.00 per night)
Baby Cot ( charges Apply - $25.00 per night)
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there is no refund.If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
Deposit Policy
Please note that on arrival we require £1000.00 deposit as a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction on arrival and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is not debited from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.

This was my first overseas trip
12/16/2013Well, we had a great stay in London , LGS manages a nice property near the center of London (among many others). They are quite professional and all logistical matters are handled perfectly. I was met at the apartment at check in time and given an excellent orientation, along with local contact information in the event something went sideways. At then end of my stay, there was a visit for review of the apartment condition, coordination of transportation to the airport, and a hearty bon voyage! This was my first overseas accommodation booking outside of the hotel circuit and I am delighted to report that all went well. I commend London Guest Suites for their attention to detail, and customer service, in the management of their properties. You guys get five stars from me.
