CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is mailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. Your telephone calls will be metered and charged against your credit card. We receive billing from British Telecom; however, some billings take as long as 90 days to arrive. Remember, your phone bill will be charged to your credit card. Also, be aware that in England, ALL CALLS are charged, even local calls. You may use your credit card for long distance calls, but British Telecom will meter local calls.

DAMAGES: Any damage will be charged to your card.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Wonderful Week

The flat was as described; clean, efficient, well located. We were two couples sightseeing and couldn't have asked for a better situation. The furnishings are not top of the line but they were comfortable. The beds were good. Bathrooms are small but that is to be expected. It was great to have 3 grocery stores within a block. We would cook breakfast, did sight seeing all day and then stop at one or more of the stores to pick up something for dinner. Even though you are only a block from a very busy street we slept with our windows open and were never bothered by noise. Having a washer/dryer was a real plus. Our orientation to the flat was great and using the transportation to and from the airport was ideal.

Fine experience

We had problems with the Wi Fi - it was out for a few days and most distressing but our contact allowed us to get another website and paid for the site. The unit was close to restaurants and to convenience stores. It was good for us because we made our lunches and our breakfasts and then ate out every night except for two nights. We were happy with the contact and her responsiveness.

Great Experience in London

We really enjoyed our stay in Knightsbridge. The flat was exactly as advertised and very quite. Although the weather during our visit was hot, the flat was very comfortable. The location is ideal. We were able to go for runs in Hyde Park, get the tube, and get any groceries or shopping easily. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, and having the space in the front room made it very relaxing for our family.

The apartment is very nice with all the necessary conveniences. The beds are very comfortable and good living room for relaxing. The only negative is that it is in a very expensive part of town so going out to eat was a bit pricy. But if you want to stay in and cook, the kitchen has everything one would need and very good grocery stores right across the street.

great location

probably the best thing about this property was its location...central to everything and on a relatively quiet street. the dryer was impossible to use and the shower pressure in the Master was weak at best. still, we did enjoy the stay. On a separate note, we had a family medical emergency and Ricardo was beyond wonderful and helpful. At the last minute he found us another apartment, dropped off the keys, and then later when my husband had to move to yet another apartment, he came by to physically help my husband move. He couldn't have done it w/o Ricardo's help. Amazing. Bravo!

Nice apartment in an excellent location

Fantastic location in Knightsbridge, close to Harrods and Brompton Road shops, tube stations and landmark icons. Beautiful safe neighbourhood, lovely buildings. Liaison staff were very helpful. Apartment was nice but a little tired, bathrooms are quite old with poor water pressure and the wifi only worked in the front lounge room and kitchen, but not at all in the bedroom upstairs or downstairs. If the bathrooms were renovated and the wifi fixed would definitely stay here again.

I cannot fault this beautiful apartment.

Knightsbridge Apartment 2816 is a real gem. The location is perfect, near to transport and Brompton Road shopping. The apartment has all the amenities one requires, all of a very high quality. It was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. First class accommodation, I cannot fault this one and have travelled extensively and experienced many. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys fine accommodation with a touch of class.

Fabulous location

This is a wonderful property on a quiet street around the corner of the business of Harrod's. It was very comfortable, clean and nicely outfitted for every comfort. The only problem we had was that there was scaffolding on the building and the worker prevented us from enjoying the beautiful bay window. Christina was very helpful especially when we had a medical emergency and had to extend our stay in London. Transportation provided by David Norman was excellent. He did more than enough for us as we needed more help moving around because of unexpected medical problems. We'll definitely use London Guest Suites again.

2 bedrooms on 2 floors gave a lot of privacy. It was nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms. We LOVED the location - on the first floor on a quiet cul-de-sac just 2 blocks from Harrod's. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
