The apartment is located in the heart of St. Germain near cafees de Flore, Deux Magots and Odeon. Many shops and restaurants, of course! The Rue de Buci and St Sulpice are two steps away and frankly, you can hardly be better located in Paris ! The closest metro stations are Odeon, Mabillon and St Germain des Pres. The building is secured by a digicode. The studio is on the 6th floor with NO lift. The studio has a beautiful 4sqm terrace perfectly oriented to the south. This spacious studio has 38sqm2. You will find an excellent quality sofabed. When use as a bed (160cm x 200cm), it enables a couple to sleep comfortably. You will also find a nice futon that can be used as a single bed. The kitchen is equipped and open on the main room. It is small, but you will find all the utensils you need. A dining table can accomodate up to 4 guests. The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen. It has a large bathtub and a triangular windows enables you to keep an eye on the main room should you need to ! Right next to the entrance you will find a small closet for your clothes and some room to store your luggage as well. A perfect 4sqm2 terrace offers an ideal spot from breakfast to sunset. The authentic wooden beams and the typically French floor-tiles make the charm of this little nestle that will delight a couple coming in Paris for a week or two, or a group of 3 people who want to stay in the most trendy part of Paris at lesser cost.

To do that, please send us an email :Booking a taxi On your email, please inform us about the number of persons (adults and children) and an idea of the number of piece of luggage you will have. Of course tell us if you need a taxi for your arrival, departure or both. You will find below the taxi fares ( to be paid directly to the driver in cash). Roissy / CDG Airport -> Paris: 80 EUR up to 3 people 85 EUR up to 4 people 90 EUR for 5 persons 110 EUR for 6 or 7 persons Orly Airport -> Paris: 70 EUR up to 3 people 75 EUR up to 4 people 80 EUR for 5 persons 100 EUR for 6 or 7 persons 115 EUR for 8 persons Train station -> Apartment: 50 EUR up to 4 people 60 EUR for 5 to 7 persons 65 EUR for 8 personsThe driver will wait for your client with his name on a board on the platform at the head of the train or after the customs at the airport.
Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.

FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.
From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

If you do not take a car
During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
