London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this 2 bedroom flat in this amazing Edwardian building located in a central residential area of London!
This flat has has a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a double sofa-bed, and a bathroom and can comfortably house a party of five.
There are multiple flats in this serviced building providing a high standard of accommodation with individually designed and decorated layouts to suit varied needs.
Conveniently on-site, you will find a reception staff ready to arrange tickets for the theatre, sporting events, city tours, shopping for provisions and flowers or wine on your behalf, as well as assistance for all of your transport and transfer needs.
Please Note: This is a 6-story building with flats located on the ground floor to the 6th floor. Apartments are allocated on arrival. Apartments on the 6th floor are reached by an elevator to the 5th floor and one flight of stairs up to the 6th floor.
RATES VARY by SEASON. Christmas/New Year's season does have 5-night minimum stay.
The underground station is 5 minutes and this flat is within easy reach of the shopping areas including Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Kensington High Street.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTYARRIVAL DETAILS are REQUIRED ASAP for ALL reservations at THIS BUILDING Reception is open from 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. Someone is on duty out of office hours and during the weekend and this is why the arrival details are essential especially for arrivals over the weekend.
General Policy The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes.
PRICES & PAYMENT The prices of apartments are quoted in U.S. dollars and include taxes. You must advise us to take it in full at time of booking, otherwise we take a deposit and balance 10 weeks prior to arrival as per the terms set out. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. For reservations made 14 days or more before commencement of stay 50% advance payment is due immediately. Written confirmation will be provided upon receipt of this payment.
Balance of payment due 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay unless alternative arrangements have been made. When advance payment has been made by credit card the balance will automatically be debited. If commencement of stay is within 10 weeks of reservation being made, then full payment is due. Should we have to change the reservation in any way we will offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.
If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $250 fee will be made on condition that notification in writing is received (and acknowledged by us) 10 weeks prior to commencement of stay.In the event of cancellation being received within 10 weeks of commencement of stay no refund will be made. Any exception to this condition will be at the discretion of the management.
Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24hrs.
If any amendments or alterations are made to a reservation, it may be necessary to make an administration charge.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time before the date on which it begins or terminate a letting at any time before the end of the period booked. We would expect only to do this to accommodate any building work or for some other reason unforeseen by us/or the owner of the property at the time your booking was accepted. In this unlikely event, we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking (less a sum proportionate to any part of the period booked which shall already have expired) but we will have no liability beyond this. We will, of course, do what we can to provide you with a suitable alternative property.
WE SUGGEST TRAVEL INSURANCE CHARGED AT $75 PER $1000 OR COVERAGE.

The £20.00 per half hour excess is charged due to airport parking fees which we must forwarded on to the client in the event of a delay

We had a great stay and would do it again!
08/05/2015We got in later than the regular business hours, so an employee waited for us. That was so reassuring to know there was someone waiting there. Our apartment was so nice, my granddaughter said " I could live here". There is a small market near by and several other restaurants. The tube station is very close by, which made getting around so easy. We have stayed there before and would do it again.
