This loft is located in the deep heart of St Germain, two steps away from the rue de Buci, pedestrian street famous for its shops and cafés and the rue de Seine where Art lovers will enjoy the different galleries. The neighborhood, although alive, is safe by night and by day and you will love the pleasant strolls that are in abundance. The closest subway stop is Odéon. Charming small building of the 17th century very well taken care of. The apartment faces a courtyard. You will not believe to be in the deep heart of Paris with an unbeatable quietness! The loft is on the ground floor so it does not need any elevator. High standing apartment: you will enjoy the air conditioning here while the summer warms up everything. Stone walls, apparent ceiling beams and a couple of centenary pieces of decoration items give this place an authentic taste and a homey ambient. This lovely open space has been made to order to satisfy your expectation. There is 1 double bed for 2 and 3 comfortable sofa beds. This loft is divided into two floors: on the top one lays the bed room equipped with a comfortable double bed and an “arm-chair bed” that allows one further sleep, a kid for example. You will enjoy much space to store your luggage as well as a safe-box. The first bathroom is also accessible from here, equipped with a walk in shower and lavatories. Downstairs are the lounge, equipped with a sofa bed and another “arm-chair bed”, the kitchen, equipped and open onto the room. The second bath room, with a walk in shower too and lavatories, is accessible through the kitchen… In one word, you will enjoy an open space that allows some privacy too, the top bedroom is some kind of separate from the whole apartment in the heart of Paris with all the comfort you could expect

Of course tell us if you need a taxi for your arrival, departure or both. You will find below the taxi fares ( to be paid directly to the driver in cash). Roissy / CDG Airport -> Paris: 80 EUR up to 3 people 85 EUR up to 4 people 90 EUR for 5 persons 110 EUR for 6 or 7 persons Orly Airport -> Paris: 70 EUR up to 3 people 75 EUR up to 4 people 80 EUR for 5 persons 100 EUR for 6 or 7 persons 115 EUR for 8 persons Train station -> Apartment: 50 EUR up to 4 people 60 EUR for 5 to 7 persons 65 EUR for 8 personsThe driver will wait for your client with his name on a board on the platform at the head of the train or after the customs at the airport.
Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.
Checkout time is noon.
FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.
From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

If you do not take a car
During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
