This apartment is located in the heart of the 7th district of Paris, behind the Hotel of the Invalides and the Dome, only few minutes walk from the Eiffel tower or from the Grand Palais. This prestigeous location is perfect to enjoy the quietness of this residential area as well as the lively atmosphere of the close-by Rue St Dominique and the pedestrian Rue Clerc. The closest subway stations are La Tour Maubourg and Invalides. Many buses line are close-by as well. Good standing residence built in the 60's. The building is secured by a digicode and an intercom. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a lift. The area is extra secured as the building faces an historical building (please note it is forbidden to take direct pictures from the balcony). This 42sqm ideally located studio is very bright and spacious. The entrance leads to the main room, to the bathroom and to the kitchen. In the main room there are 2 sofabeds. The first one on the left hand side is suitable for a couple (130x200). The second on the right hand side consists in a single sofabed (80x200) plus another single bed (80x200) under it that can be pulled out. This sytem is called 'Gigogne bed'. So 2 persons could sleep on these 2 single beds next to each other. However the apartment is suitable for 2 adults maximum, or 2 adults plus a child. The kitchen is equipped, a table enables 2 people to eat in this room. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilets are in this bathroom. You will surely appreciate the balcony with a fantastic view on the Invalides. When the leaves will fall at the end of the year you will be astonished by the view of the Dome, hidden behind the tree during the rest of the year. To conclude, this fairly priced spacious studio will be perfect for a couple with or without a child who wants to stay close to the main touristic attractions such as Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées, Grand Palais, Invalides...

Of course tell us if you need a taxi for your arrival, departure or both. You will find below the taxi fares ( to be paid directly to the driver in cash). Roissy / CDG Airport -> Paris: 80 EUR up to 3 people 85 EUR up to 4 people 90 EUR for 5 persons 110 EUR for 6 or 7 persons Orly Airport -> Paris: 70 EUR up to 3 people 75 EUR up to 4 people 80 EUR for 5 persons 100 EUR for 6 or 7 persons 115 EUR for 8 persons Train station -> Apartment: 50 EUR up to 4 people 60 EUR for 5 to 7 persons 65 EUR for 8 personsThe driver will wait for your client with his name on a board on the platform at the head of the train or after the customs at the airport.
Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.

FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.
From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.

Comfort and convenience and very quiet
05/13/2014Greeting at train station went perfectly; briefing at apartment was thorough. Double-glazed windows with motorized shutter were blessings on a busy street. All necessary equipment was at hand . The sofa bed turned out to be big and thick and supportive . On a couple of occasions there was noise from upstairs at if furniture were being moved at night.
