Located in a building typical of the Marais district, this charming apartment in the famous rue des Tournelles, is only two steps away from the Place des Vosges, one of the most beautiful 17th century squares in Europe. From the hip rue des Francs Bourgeois to the old Jewish Ghetto in the rue des Rosiers, the Marais is one of the most lively and historic areas of Paris, bustling with galleries, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Most attractions within walking distance, the Bastille Opera and Place de la Bastille are close by. Located near the Picasso and Carnavalet Museums and only a short stroll away from Notre Dame, the Louvre or the Pompidou centre, this apartment will be a highlight of your stay. The closest metro station are Chemin Vert, St Paul, Breguet Sabin and Bastille. Standing The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building overlooking a small courtyard. The access is made safe by two door codes and a builing keeper. Layout This 35sqm apartment will be perfect for couples who want to stay in the heart of the Marais, just next to the famous Place des Vosges. The apartment is a large studio divided in several areas. The entrance gives on the corridor. On one end you will fine the living area, on the other end, the sleeping area, and in the middle, a wardrobe and the bathroom with a walk-in shower and the toilets. The sleeping area has a double bed, it is located at the back of the studio so you can be sure you will sleep quietly at night. The living area gives onto a small and quiet courtyard, very calm. It has a double sofabed where 2 people can sleep, a flat screen TV, a kitchen corner open on the living-room. This kitchen corner is small but enough and convenient for breakfast of quick meals. The studio has been recenlty renewed, everything is brand new there, from the mattress to the flat screen TV, from the bathroom to the washing machine... Four people can sleep in the apartment, but it is rather suitable for two or three people maximum. It is extremely well located in Le Marais and fairly priced.

Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.

FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.
From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
