London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years! Conveniently located in the heart of Marais. It's central location brings you within walking distance to many area attractions, Notre Dame, Louvre, Picasso museum, and many more This beautiful apartment is located in the famous Marais, an area rich in history and full of beautiful mansions, museums and art galleries. It is also one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Paris with many fashionable boutiques, bars and restaurants. You are located a block away from the Hotel de Ville, ?The nearest metro station at the Hotel de Ville will take you directly to the Bastille, the Champs Elysées Located on the 1st floor of a building equipped with a lift. The access is secured with a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The windows are double-glazed. The apartment is therefore very quiet. Layout This apartment will be suitable for three guests. It consists in a spacious room. The stairs will lead you to the bathroom. Two people will sleep in the double bed, the couch can be used as an additional bed (it is equipped with a 140x200 mattress). The living area features a couch, coffee table, armchairs and a desk. The equipped kitchen is open on the main room. The dining area features a beautiful table for four people. On top of the stairs you will reach the bathroom, absolutely beautiful with a bathtub, a washbasin and a large closet. The toilet is in a separate room, next to the bedroom side. It has a washbasin and a toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for daily life: supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops and department stores just at the end of the street. Once in the apartment, you feel perfectly relaxed with the tall ceilings and the open space. The exposed beams and the rough stone walls make you feel as if you had journeyed back in time , a time when the building was the Convent. Living in this apartment is a wonderful way to enjoy and experience the lovely time in the historic Paris

Book a taxi for your arrival and/or Departure. If your are interested, we can book a taxi for arrival and/or their departure. To do that, please send us an email :Booking a taxi On your email, please inform us about the number of persons (adults and children) and an idea of the number of piece of luggage you will have. Of course tell us if you need a taxi for your arrival, departure or both. You will find below the taxi fares ( to be paid directly to the driver in cash). Roissy / CDG Airport -> Paris: 80 EUR up to 3 people 85 EUR up to 4 people 90 EUR for 5 persons 110 EUR for 6 or 7 persons Orly Airport -> Paris: 70 EUR up to 3 people 75 EUR up to 4 people 80 EUR for 5 persons 100 EUR for 6 or 7 persons 115 EUR for 8 persons Train station -> Apartment: 50 EUR up to 4 people 60 EUR for 5 to 7 persons 65 EUR for 8 persons

The driver will wait for your client with his name on a board on the platform at the head of the train or after the customs at the airport.

Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. In order to call outside Paris, you can use prepaid phone cards available in most newsagents and corner shops. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.

Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.

Checkout time is noon.

FOR LATE ARRIVALS AFTER 7PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A DRIVER PICK YOU UP AND HER WILL HAVE THE KEYS.

From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.

London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

LGS reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable property if the reserved property is withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.

Deposit Policy

In order to secure your booking, we require payment of 50% of the total amount of your stay. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

The advantages are: • You do not have to queue up to get a taxi. • The driver calls before arriving at the apartment : no waiting risk in front of the building. • High standing cars. • The driver will help take your luggage to the apartment if necessary.

If you do not take a car

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.

Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).

If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
