London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years, offering exceptional service to those visiting the city. Located in prestigious Belgravia, this second and third floor two bedroom and two bathroom flat (with no elevator), can accommodate a party of four, and is just a brisk walk from the Victoria Tube Station. The stately and roomy lounge, which is on the first of the two floors, is adjacent to a lovely dining area which can comfortably seat six, and which is also adjacent to a well appointed kitchen which includes an electric oven, hob, fridge / freezer, washer and dryer, microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The flat also offers excellent wireless WIFI. On the second floor are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom consists of a King sized bed, high ceilings, a flat screen television, and a lovely walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a Double sized bed and ample storage as well. Both bathrooms consist of separate showers, hand wash basin, and toilet. This lovely flat is within close proximity of Buckingham Palace, and a short five minutes from the Circle and Victoria Lines. With space for two, this lovely flat offers incredible comfort with a combination of great convenience to those looking to explore everything that is London.

There is a fully refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the length of stay.Please let us know if you want us to arrange a car to meet you at the airport? We work closely with reliable car companies and can arrange a car to meet you at the airport if you wish. Costs vary depending on the number of people (size of car), the airport you are flying into, your destination in London and the car company used. Guide prices are: for pick-ups from Heathrow for 2/3 people with luggage an estate car to central London is £40/£50, for larger parties an MPV at £55/£65 will be needed; for Gatwick the costs are £60/£70 (estate car) and £70/£80 (MPV). We will give you a firm price when you book. Comparative costs are: Gatwick-Victoria (Gatwick Express) £17pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (and at busy times you may well have to queue for more than 30 mins for a taxi), Heathrow-Paddington (Heathrow Express) £16.50pp and then £4pp tube fare or £5-£15 taxi (again long queues at busy times), Heathrow-Central London by black cab (taxi) £40-£70 limited to 4 passengers + bags, Heathrow-Central London by tube £4pp but ...... a nightmare with suitcases and rush hour crowding. CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
