This apartment is located on the 15th district of Paris, behind Vaugirard Street and next to the Porte de Versailles which would be extremely convenient should you need to attempt to any exhibition in the Parc de Expositions. This neighbourhood is more residential than touristic but you will be close to convenient shops and supermarket. The closest metro station is Porte de Versailles. In 10min you will reach Montparnasse and in 20min you will be in St Michel. Located on the 5th floor of a residence with lift, door code and intercom, this apartment offers an absolute calm. Its windows give on a courtyard planted with trees. This 47sqm apartments has two rooms. The bedroom has a double bed 160x200 which consists in 2 single bed of 80x200. They cannot be separated though. In the main room you will find a coffee table and two couches. A dining table with chairs will accomodate four people if needed. The kitchen is equipped. It is reachable from the entrance hall. It is open on the living-room by a window so both rooms communicate, which is convenient if someone prepares the breakfast while the other waits in the living-room. The bedroom and the living-room both have large windows that give on the courtyard. Therefore the whole apartment is really bright and quiet. The bathroom is accessible from the corridor between the main room and the bedroom. It has a bathtub. The toilets are separate, accessible from the corridor. This apartment can sleep two people. Calm, bright, pleasant, this place will seduce couples visiting Paris or corporate travellers who would need a place to stay. To live in this area will definitely make you feel like a true Parisian. The main points of interest will still be easily reachable by metro or bus, so do not hesitate to ask us about this fairly priced apartment!

Roissy / CDG Airport -> Paris: 80 EUR up to 3 people 85 EUR up to 4 people 90 EUR for 5 persons 110 EUR for 6 or 7 persons Orly Airport -> Paris: 70 EUR up to 3 people 75 EUR up to 4 people 80 EUR for 5 persons 100 EUR for 6 or 7 persons 115 EUR for 8 persons Train station -> Apartment: 50 EUR up to 4 people 60 EUR for 5 to 7 persons 65 EUR for 8 personsThe driver will wait for your client with his name on a board on the platform at the head of the train or after the customs at the airport.
Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
