A delightful two bedroom/two bathroom semi-detached house in a private close in leafy Holland Park, West London with off street parking.
Holland Park and Kensington High Street tube stations are both nearby and several buses constantly pass along Holland Park Avenue and Kensington High Street.
Holland Park is well served by good quality supermarkets, a renowned butchers, excellent bakery and many cafes, restaurants and bars. Westfield Shopping Centre, the ultimate shopping experience with an array of high street, designer and luxury shops, restaurants and a cinema complex is just 15 minutes walk from the house.
The house, which is set over two floors with wooden flooring and carpeted staircase is beautifully furnished in a traditional style and offers a large and elegant drawing room with bay window overlooking the private close and has three comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table and stereo system.
The dining room opens directly onto the sunny patio garden and has a table with six chairs and sideboard cabinets.
The fully fitted kitchen offers everything you would expect to find in a first class 'home from home' including a breakfast bar.
Off the kitchen is the cosy den which has a sofabed, TV, DVD player and direct access to the patio garden.
A handy utility room is also located off the den which houses the washing machine, overhead drying rack and vacuum cleaner.
One of the main features of the Holland Park House is the super quiet and secluded paved garden with water feature, table with six chairs and bench under the pergola.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, walk in closets, TV and armchair.
There is an en-suite shower room with power shower, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, small desk, television and French doors opening onto a balcony plus a second door leading onto a flat roof terrace.
The main bathroom has a bath, power shower attachment, toilet, basin and storage cabinets.
A hallway storage cupboard hides the bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board. (The house can accommodate up to five people as the sofabed in the den can sleep either one adult or two children) Telephone calls are extra and will be charged at 10 pence per unit.
There is a £60 end of stay cleaning fee.

They are based on a seven night stay , however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Ideal time of arrival is between 2 – 6 pm. Apartments are normally available as from 2 pm ( earlier times are possible if the specific apartment is not let until the morning of the clients arrival) and they need to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure Apartments are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. the day of departure. Keys to the apartment are made available during normal working hours, 9:00 to 5:00. Alternate arrangements can be made for key collection after hours and on weekends. ALL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE CHARGED (INCLUDING LOCAL)ARE AT 10 PENCE PER UNIT. A PUBLIC TELEPHONE IS 20 PENCE PER UNIT. CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT A confirmation is emailed upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. Driver with keys - in most cases.Please note the tarriff for car transfer from the airports: For 1-4 people £60 from Heathrow to Kensington and Chelsea and £65 to other parts of central London. For 5 - 7 people the cost are £10 extra.
From Gatwick the cost is £105 for 1-4 people to Kensington and Chelsea and £115 for the rest of London. for 5 - 7 people the cost is £10 extra

CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. Cancellation/Refund Policy CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY PLEASE REFER TO THE HOMEPAGE TAB "TRAVEL INSURANCE" LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied. LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.
