Walk down one small flight of stairs (lift is available if needed) and straight into the sitting room. Wooden floors and plenty of lighting to makes it feel bright and airy. A huge comfortable sofa, glass dining table with 4 chairs, side tables either side of the sofa, coffee table, a unit for all the sky boxes, etc. small rug for under the coffee table, pictures and another armchair. The whole place is immaculate. From the front door and on your right there is a lovely, all brand new kitchen with espresso machines, microwave, washer dryer, large fridge freezer, all white crockery, simple glasses. A back door leads out to an area where the bins are kept. The bathroom is fantastic, with mirrors everywhere making it look extremely spacious. It has an enormous walk-in shower, a good sized bath and a vanity unit with a sunken sink. Out of the bathroom and to your right are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is an excellent size with a zip-linked double bed. Large wardrobe and dressing table, side tables and a chair. This room is extremely light and airy again and faces the same way as the sitting room (both of which are to the front of the building The second bedroom has twin beds. Although it is quite small there is hanging space, a side table, lamps and pictures. Also has a flat screen TV on the wall. No children are allowed at this property

Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.
LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
