PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN A WEEK, THE PRICE PER NIGHT IS SLIGHTLY HIGHER. PRICE MAY BE LOWER DURING OFF PEAK SEASON AND IS SLIGHTLY HIGHER OVER CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR. This nice apartment is located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, where ther are lots of cafés, restaurants and trendy boutiques. It is walking distance to the Seine, Musée d'Orsay and the Louvres. The closest metro stations are Rue du Bac and Solferino. Building of very high standing at the bottom of a courtyard. The environment is very secure, as the building is located in the Ministerial area. The apartment is very bright and particularly calm. It is on the first floor. There is an elevator in the building. Paris apartment of 130 m2 consisting of three bedrooms. The entrance leads into a large kitchen / dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room has a large table to accommodate up to 8 guests. From this room, it is possible to access a small private patio. The lounge is composed of several sofas with a large flatscreen. One of the couch is a convertible sofabed (140x200). The first bedroom has two single beds. The second, with a double bed, can be reached from the first one but also hasan independent entrance. Finally, the third bedroom, only accessible from the second one, has a single bed with a small bathroom which contains a toilet. The main bathroom has a tub and is accessible independently from the first two bedrooms. There is also an independant toilet. To conclude, it is a superb flat for renting in Paris and ideally located for a family.

Phone: Not all apartments have a land line. If there is a land line Local calls are free (Paris only), for standard phone numbers, excluding specific numbers and mobile/cell phones. If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.

From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
