This large, fully equipped and opulently decorated apartment is situated in one of the most recognizable features of Paris. Built in the mid 19th century by the Baron Haussmann. The building forms part of that immediately identifiable Parisian architectural landscape, displaying both the regal and the modern in one structure. From the lobby, you enter into the grand salon with a working fireplace, a mural LCD television and loads of plush seating, comfort is guaranteed. It also offers a stately office centered on its pièce de résistance – a Louis XV desk, where you can write postcards or emails to loved ones at home or, catch up on a bit of work while abroad. Regardless of the activity, the deep colors, extensive library, warm lighting and beautiful fireplace will inspire you. Some others in your party may find inspiration in the kitchen. For those, it will not disappoint. The full-sized fridge, oven, range, dishwasher and ample counter space ensure that all the culinary creature comforts are present. The dining room, off the kitchen, is its own type of traditional beauty altogether. The table seats up to 10 guests comfortably and the room has a huge amount of space. Enjoy your gourmet meals in this fine room with its warm chandelier and candelabras. The master bedroom is a haven of comfort and relaxation. The antique furniture, rich tones, sheer curtains and drapes and king sized bed all ensure a restful night’s sleep. Rejuvenate here after long days spent in the Louvre and D’Orsay museums. The second and third bedrooms are much the same as the master. With warm décor and rich colors, these spaces ensure total solitude. The second bedroom is set with two single beds, which can be pushed together for more room. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed. In the fully equipped bathroom, you’ll find all the creature comforts you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. There is a full sized bathtub, double sinks for added convenience and generous space. Additionally, there is a shower room for morning convenience. Equipped with a shower stall and sink, getting ready to see the sights of Paris will be just a bit faster. There is no toilet in this shower room.

They are based on a seven night stay, however many properties pro-rate for shorter and longer stays. All taxes and additional charges, except telephone usage, are included in the rental prices.
The telephone can only used locally & to receive calls. However, in case you need to be contacted during day time & to free your mind of an urgent phone call we do have cellular phones for rental. You’ll have your own private phone number before you leave your country. A weekly rental for your own phone with a 10 Euros calling card included is 50.00€.
The start of your stay begins at or around 12:00NOON. However you can drop your luggage at the apartment earlier if needed. Your departure should take place on your check out day no later than 12:00NOON. If the apartment is rented the same day/morning as your departure, we kindly request that you allow our cleaning person to come around 9:00AM to prepare the apartment for the next guest’s arrival. You are welcome to leave your packed luggage at the apartment before your departure. Our agency welcomes guests 7 days a week without extra charge, unless your arrival is after 7:00PM. In that case we collect a greeter fee of 30€ which is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
On this apartment we suggest that clients use the airport pick-up service to guarantee a smooth arrival. The drivers know the properties very well and can coordinate your arrival with the let-in person who is waiting for you at the property. We can arrange this pick-up service for you.
Rates are from the airport: 85€ for 1-2 passangers, 110€ for 3-4 passangers, and 135€ for 5-6 passengers.
Rates are from the train station: 40€ for 1-2 passangers, 55€ for 3-4 passangers, and 85€ for 5-6 passengers.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. We will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
