There is also a walled 12X6 meters heated swimming pool with complete pool house facilities. CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 6 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 6 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 6 weeks prior.
