FOR THE OLYPICS THE PRICE IS $4,400.00 PER NIGHT WITH A 14 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. We require 14 days prepayment at the time of the booking and this is non refundable. Between 01st June and 20th July 2012 there is a minimun stay of 4 (four) weeks stay During the Olympics period, from 20th July to 15th September there is a minimun stay of 2 (two) weeks stay and we require full prepayment NON REFUNDABLE in order to confirm the booking. This Penthouse is situated on the fifth floor and has the advantage of being directly accessible via lift from Reception and covers the area of an entire floor. It is massive. The Penthouse is fully furnished and implemented to the highest standard. This exquisite apartment has private balconies, four delightful bedrooms, four bathrooms, jacuzzi, spacious reception room and a large fully fitted modern kitchen. The Reception Room comprises of a dining area and 2 reception areas, with fireplace and stylish traditional furnishings. There is an outdoor terrace leading off from the dining room. There is a sound system, as well as large plasma TV with video and DVD. There is a lovely bright kitchen with all mod cons. It has fine granite surfaces, wooden cupboards and panelling, as well as a breakfast area with table, chairs and a large sofa. The kitchen also has a plasma TV. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, whilst the fourth bedroom has a bathroom off the corridor. All bedrooms have plasma televisions and the master bedroom has an outdoor terrace. In addition the Penthouse also benefits from all the usual services and facilities of our serviced apartments, such as gymnasium, free wireless internet and daily maid service (7 days/week).

BUT, please contact us closer to the date and we will be happy to offer you an apartment for a shorter stay if there is availability.20% deposit is required at time of booking. The full balance of accommodation charges is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date as confirmation of the booking.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full balance is required immediately.
Payments are accepted in cash, travellers cheques, bank drafts and all major credit cards.
A car can be arranged for pick up at the airport for an extra charge.
Extras: Sofa bed bed ( charges Apply - $75.00 per night)
Baby Cot ( charges Apply - $25.00 per night)
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If the property can not be rebooked, there is no refund.If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.
If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
Deposit Policy
Please note that on arrival we require £1000.00 deposit as a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction on arrival and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is not debited from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
