This penthouse in the Marais is so light and airy and modern; it seems to defy gravity. There isn’t a false angle, or overlooked detail in the magnificent space. From 360 degrees rooftop views, to the drawer pulls in the kitchen, no vision of the exemplary has been spared. The Penthouse, five rooms split between two floors, is accessible from street level by elevator. For security, the entrance is protected by code, and has an intercom to the interior. The first of two levels features the gleaming kitchen with blonde woods cabinets and all the cookware and utensils the finest cook could ever desire. An elegant dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a spectacular curved-base art deco table for eight. It is visually distinguished from the kitchen by modern ceiling-mounted screens that provide privacy. The living room is divided into two sitting areas, one with a desk and sofa, the other with four large club chairs and bright yellow couch. The entire room is balcony accessible, washing the room in glorious light and views of the city. Three bedrooms upstairs are accessed by a marvelous spiral staircase. The first air-conditioned bedroom has a Queen size bed and private luxury bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. It also has a large closet for clothing and luggage storage. The second bedroom, with wide plank, blonde wood floor, has Queen bed, It also has a large closet and a charming balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed, with tucked away trundle, for an additional guest. Its wall of built-in cabinetry makes this small bedroom exceptional and very accommodating. A built in desk also adds to its charm. The additional bathroom on this floor is stunning with blue glass counter tops and large square tiles – it’s a design marvel. The deep soaking tub will impress, as will its bright angled window and built-in shelves. With so much to marvel over in this exquisite apartment, it’s almost impossible to say that its most impressive feature is its outdoor space. But the entire roof is dedicated to just that. Accessed through an automated, octagonal portal, the roof deck is decadent pleasure manifest. With modern long chairs, and its own glorious dining space, all of Paris can be seen from this perch in the sky.

Once we have received your initial payment we will send you a confirmation and ask you to give us information on your flight and arrival time. You will also receive a final confirmation with all the necessary information (apartment street address, building entry codes, apartment's telephone number and the Paris representatives telephone numbers) and date balance is due .
CAR SERVICE Should you need it, we can also reserve a reliable taxi for you for the ride from the airport (the driver would wait for you after customs with your name on a sign. Charges from CDG 90 Euros for up to 4 guests, 125 Euros for 5-8 guests.
Charges from Nord 65 Euros for up to 3 guests, 95 Euros for 4-8 guests.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $75 FEE FOR ALL SUNDAY ARRIVALS.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The initial payment is non-refundable. Then, 10 weeks or less prior to the first day of tenancy: no refund at all.Security deposit: The security deposit varies and is refundable.
TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY
In the event You are prevented from taking Your Trip due to:
Injury, Sickness or Death to Yourself, an Immediate Family Member, Travel Companion or a Business Partner;
You or Your Traveling Companion are involved in an auto accident en route to departure (must have police report);
Serious damage to the Insured's principal residence from fire, flood, or similar natural disaster;
You or Your Traveling Companion have been hijacked, quarantined, subpoenaed or required to serve on a jury;
Your employer at time of enrollment transfers You which requires Your principal residence to be relocated;
The death or hospitalization of the Insured's host whose principal place of residence is where the Insured is to stay;
Terrorism in the country where You are originally ticketed to travel and the U.S. government issues a recommendation that travel be restricted during the time You are traveling; If You, Your Traveling Companion or Immediate Family Members in the Armed Forces or units auxiliary are called to emergency duty for a national disaster other than war.

If the requested accommodations should be unavailable for any reason beyond the control of LGS, LGS reserves the right to substitute an alternative property of equal or higher value.
Deposit Policy
The fully refundable security deposit is payable one month prior to the first day of tenancy and will be refunded one week after the last day of tenancy. Of course, we will send a security deposit receipt.
