This apartment comes equipped with a King Bed in master and1 Twin in the 2nd bedroom, a lounge with sofa, dining table, flat screen freeview TV, a kitchen equipped with full size hob, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and modern appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher.   Please note that there are many apartments in the building and the furniture, wall and or accent color may vary slightly. Depending on the number of occupants, we take a fully refundable security deposit of between £150 and £250 ($250 - $425) then return this you after the apartment has been checked after your departure (you will receive it back no more than 30 days after departure).

check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is 10am

We can sometimes accommodate an early check-in or late check-out; however this will need to be arranged prior to arrival and may incur a fee of up to half the nightly rate. Housekeeping We have our own full-time staff working during office hours (Monday/Friday 9am-5pm) that are available to assist on any housekeeping issues.

Telephone Service (Direct Line, Call Charges Etc

We use a service called ‘Gotalk’ for all outgoing phone calls. You will need to set up an account directly with them in order to make calls. Incoming calls work without the need of a ‘Gotalk’ account. More information on how to set up this service can be found later in this information pack. Internet Access Internet access is free of charge. Safety Deposit Boxes The majority of our apartments are fitted with safety deposit boxes. Should this not be the case and you would like to have one, please notify us as soon as possible. Smoking All of our apartments are Non-Smoking.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

Very Easy

We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment which, unlike most flats in London, was very modern. That was what we were looking for and the flat was perfect for that. It had zero charm but more than made up for it in servicability, location and function. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket in the building which was fantasticly convenient and the are restuaramts were the same. The kitchen was small but everything works, and I figured out and even used the washing machine/dryer. Bathrooms had showers with good water pressure, which was a huge plus in London. Two donwsides: there was no view to speak of (a function of the lower floor), and you had to take one elevator up and another down to get to the specific unit, but I think you should be able to avoid that with a higher floor. So not for a romanitc get away, but for a family this was really a positive experience.

Great Location

The flat was located in a very convenient place with easy access to the underground, grocery shopping, and great restaurants. The flat was well appointed with linens and towels and it was comfortable, clean, and in great working order. The only challenge that we experienced was that there was no hair dryer av available which was surprising given our previous rental experiences. No harm...we just had to purchase one on our own which was a bit surprising.

Positive, but not excellent

Our two apartments fit the needs of nine of us well. However, the housekeeping service left something to be desired. I realize that we were in London during the holidays. Nevertheless, we showed up with no extra rolls of toilet paper, no supply of garbage bags, and a coffier pot in one of the two rooms. Toilet paper did show up 9 or 10 hours after we were told it would. The other items never appeared. I guess it would have helped if we had received information about what to expect in terms of housekeeping and items in each apartment. The location was fine, especially since we did visit the Natural History, Science, and V & A museums, and we were very close to the tube and Hyde Park.
