Each of these modern and stylish apartments are beautifully decorated and fully furnished, with granite kitchens, unique marble bathrooms and parquet flooring throughout. Within the apartment block guests can find a fully-equipped gym, whirlpool, sauna and private health spa with a wide range of alternative health and beauty therapy services. A digital television service, DVD player and wireless broadband are available in each apartment.

This one bed apartment features a separate bedroom with a King bed. Fully fitted kitchen, living room and bath/shower room. Some apartments have a balcony.

3 people can be acommodated with an extra bed at $30 per week.

Portable Air Conditioning units available at $75 per week.

General Policy

Depending on the number of occupants, we take a fully refundable security deposit of between £150 and £250 ($250 - $425) then return this you after the apartment has been checked after your departure (you will receive it back no more than 30 days after departure).

check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is 10am

We can sometimes accommodate an early check-in or late check-out; however this will need to be arranged prior to arrival and may incur a fee of up to half the nightly rate. Housekeeping We have our own full-time staff working during office hours (Monday/Friday 9am-5pm) that are available to assist on any housekeeping issues.

Telephone Service (Direct Line, Call Charges Etc

We use a service called ‘Gotalk’ for all outgoing phone calls. You will need to set up an account directly with them in order to make calls. Incoming calls work without the need of a ‘Gotalk’ account. More information on how to set up this service can be found later in this information pack. Internet Access Internet access is free of charge. Safety Deposit Boxes The majority of our apartments are fitted with safety deposit boxes. Should this not be the case and you would like to have one, please notify us as soon as possible. Smoking All of our apartments are Non-Smoking.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

PLEASE REFER TO THE HOMEPAGE TAB "TRAVEL INSURANCE" LGS reserves the right to move reservations to a comparable property if the reserved property is withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control.

The balance (total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Great week in London

The flat is conveniently located and well appointed. There are two bars that are on either end of the building so, it is noisy at night. However, the location trumps all. The staff were friendly and helpful.
