This old and lovely two bedroom, 2 bathroom Chelsea area flat has a great South West facing garden, perfect for your morning tea or to enjoy the long summer evenings. You enter the flat via your own front door to the side of a attractive semidetached Victorian house in a beautiful conservation area. The Living Room/Dining room looks out into the garden that gets lots of sun making your living area bright and sunny. You have Flat Screen TV, CD player, DVD and WiFi. The main bedroom has a fully tiled ensuite shower, toilet and basin, good storage space and the bed can be made up as a Queen double or 2 twins. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with wardrobe. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin. The washing machine and dryer are located in a small utility room off this bathroom. Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.
LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.
Deposit Policy
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.
