This high value apartment is located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, the living-fashion and artistic center of Paris. One of the most popular, active and sparkling neighborhoods of central Paris. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, cinemas, bookstores and trendy shops. It is walking distance to the Seine, Sainte Chapelle and Conciergerie. The closest metro stations are St-Germain-des-Prés, Mabillon and Odéon.
Standing This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a high standard building with a lift. All the windows have double glazing, the apartment is then really quiet. The windows of the main room give on the St Germain Boulevard and the windows of the bedroom give on Dragon Street.
Layout This 50sqm apartment is a wonderful place. The entrance gives on a hallway from where you will access all the rooms. The lovely bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160x200), a desk and a large closet. The contemporary bathroom is reachable from the hallway, firt door on the right from the entrance door. It has a walk-in shower. Opposite the bathroom, in another room, you will find the toilets. The main room is at the end of the corridor. It is divided in two areas : the living-room area and the dining-room area. An elegant wooden furniture divided the room. On the living-room side it has been made to store the king size flat TV screen so you don't see it if you don't want to. A comfortable sofabed (with a double bed 140x200) has been installed, it will enable two people to sleep. In the living area you will also find another desk and two couches. On the dining room side, up to six guests can sit at the dining table. The modern fitted kitchen is open on the main room which makes the whole room airy and friendly. High chairs will enable you to use the bar.

If you wish to unlock the line, to use it freely, a deposit of 300 euros will be required and calls will be charged at a standard price.
Cost for cleaning the premises (At a cost of 130 Euros) if the premises are left in a state of severe uncleanliness.

From CDG the rates are: €75 for 1-5 passengers and €105 for 6-7 pax; from any train station: €45 for 1-5 pax and €60 for 6-7pax; from Orly (airport): €60 for 1-5 pax and €90 for 6-7 pax. The driver gets paid in cash directly.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONSRefund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. Otherwise non refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. But we do offer Travel /cancellation insurance so that you will not lose any money if you have to cancel because of illness in your party or immediate family.
London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation.
We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.

During your check-in, the Paris greeter will meet you at the apt : • give you sets of keys and the access code to the building and the apartment, • explain the amenities of the apartment, such as Internet, oven, stove,……, • answer any questions you would like to ask about the apartment and its neighborhood, • and take a credit card authorization for the security deposit. • Arrival between 8 am and 8 pm At your arrival, our Paris representative will be there to welcome and show you the apartment.
Arrival before 8 am or after 8 pm If you arrive at the apartment between 8pm and 8am (night arrival), we suggest you book one of our cars. The driver will take you to the apartment and give you keys and access code. An appointment with a Paris representative will show you the apartment and its amenities (at no extra cost).
If you do not take a car or it is not compatible with your arrival , you will be asked for an extra charge of 75 EUR to be paid to the greeter ON ARRIVAL.
