Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this apartment : We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be rebooked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance.TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

In order to process the airport transfer booking we do require the flight number, terminal, number passengers, amount of the luggage. If there are 4 passengers with more than 2 large luggage and 2 hand luggage, a 6-seater car will be required.
