London Guest Suites provides the perfect alternative to high rise hotels. Located in a beautiful period building located in the fashionable area of South Kensington, overlooking the splendid award winning Collingham gardens, this stunning penthouse offers excellent and comfortable accommodation with the added benefit of a roof terrace overlooking the gardens. The trendy and chic shops of Chelsea and Fulham are also within walking distance. This generously sized apartment has a separate reception room, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and has shaver points, bath and shower, and some apartments have a balcony or roof terrace. The bedroom comes with a king size bed, plus a sofa bed in the living area that can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. There is a charge of $40 per night for use of the sofa bed. We have several apts in the building and this is one of them, all look very similar in style and décor.

General Policy

WIFI IS CHARGED AT AN ADDITIONAL 9 POUNDS A DAY

Clients are liable for the cost(s) of repair and/or replacement arising as a result of misuse and/or negligence in connection with any part of the building or contents therein. A security deposit of £350 is payable by credit card imprint or cash upon arrival, to be held against such damage and/or loss and which will be refunded in full (or in part as appropriate) in the event that no damage or loss has been caused by the client and/or their visitors during their stay. Occupation cannot be guaranteed before 2.00pm on the day of arrival and vacation must be by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation In the event of cancellation, a charge will be applied as follows:- More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - $250 Charge Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival - 50% 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100%

Deposit Policy

Method of Payment A deposit of 25% will be payable on confirmation of your booking with the full balance being payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
